When I got back to the house, I changed my clothes and watched Kota put Avery to sleep. I decided to stay with her a while after Kota went to do some paper work. I don't know what kind of work he does, except that he works from home. Maybe he works for his father. I catch myself about to fall asleep in her chair and decide to go down stair for something to drink. I carefully get up and walk out of her room.

Once I am down stair I go into the kitchen and notice the light is on in the dinning room. I assume it is Kota. I open the refrigerator door and get out of bottle of water, "Do you think it is getting about time for bed?" I shut the door, look over, and drop my water bottle in the floor. "Shouldn't you be put up somewhere?" Han grins and gets up from the table. I lean back against the refrigerator completely still and silent; careful not to take my eyes off of him. He keeps walking towards me, "Now didn't have a conversation a few days ago about answering when I have questions?" I swallow, "No." He pushes me against the refrigerator making it rattle, "What was that?" I look down at his belt and see his gun that was hidden behind his jacket peek out. "You said only to speak if I was asked a question." Kato rushes in, "What was that no-" He sees Han and Han looks him. I take my opportunity and grab his gun. I then kick him and he staggers backwards. I point the gun at Han.

"Whoa, take it easy." I stare him down, "Give me a reason why I shouldn't shoot you." He laughs, "How about your little friend over there lying to you?" I look glance to Kota but keep staring at Han. "He told me he took you to a party and left you and that's why I came here to talk to him. Considering your here now, says he got my message." My mind starts to blur. "Ask him why he really came back for you at that party."  I turn to Kota, "You lied to me?" He stammers, "Yes." I take a few steps back away from him and point the gun at him, carefully making sure Han can't get it. "Wait a minute it's not what it seems."

"Oh so Han was there to take me?"

"No, but-" Han interrupts, "So he told you I was there. I didn't have a clue in the world to where you were, if I had known I wouldn't be here." Tears start to well up in my eyes.

"Drea, listen to me," Kota starts, "I lied to you about Han being there, but if you hadn't have gone with me, you would have been arrested. They think you left with the codes and left evidence to make it look like a kidnapping." I shake my head, "You are wrong the police could've helped me."

"That's not how it works anymore. I knew if I would've had told you the truth you would not have came and you would be sitting in a jail cell right now. They would have either post ponied your trial until you story was checked out or sent you on to a trial anyways. The evidence is stacked against you, the video camera's were out for maintenance that morning, witnesses saw you enter the building, you never clocked in, you cell phone was in the lobby, and another witness say you leave the back door with a folder, you can thank Han for that one." My chest tightens up and it's hard to breath, "How do you know this?"

"After I dropped you off, the message Han is referring to came through. He said that he had called in a tip. I talked to my friends at NYPD and they confirmed. If you had of went to trial, it's not like in the movies where everyone gets justice, it's about whose side tells the best story. Anything you would have told those officers could've been used against you." I turn the gun back to Han. "Call the cops." Kato sputters, "What?" I repeat myself, "Call 911, I want to speak to an operator."

Han laughs, "What good is that going to do?" I smile, "Actually, would you mind tying you brother to a chair?" Kota doesn't question and I walk Han over with the gun pointed on him. Once he is tied up I give him his instructions, "I am going to dial the number and you are going to confess to kidnapping me." He laughs some more, "And what if I don't? Are you going to kill me with me own gun?" I smile, "No, but you taught me some very valuable things on how to be mean. Therefore I won't kill you, but I will shoot you in the kneecap."

"Your bluffing." I shrug, "You know this is a nice revolver you have," I unlatch the cylinder and take five of the bullets out, leaving one in. I close it back and spin the cylinder, "My parents taught me one thing when I was younger and that was how to operate a gun. I was always fascinated by Russian Roulette. I used to play all the time with a fence post." I pull back the hammer and put the barrel to his knee cap, "Dare me?" He stares at me hard and I return the favor, "You wouldn't." I pull the trigger. Han jumps. "Try me," I say with my teeth clinched. I pick up the phone and dial 911.

"911, what's your emergency?"

"Are you calls recorded?"

"Yes ma'am, is there something wrong?"

"I have a man here who would like to confess to my kidnapping and I want it on record."

"Okay."

I put the phone on speaker and set it on the table and watch Han confess. Police vehicles arrived shortly after. To arrest Han. I was asked to come to the police station to answer further questions, Kota was asked too, but he told them he would come in tomorrow since he had Avery. I start to follow a police officer out the door when Kota stops me. "Can I have a moment?" I nod. "I will wait outside," the officers steps away.

"I didn't just come back for you because the cops were there and Han did a bad thing to a nice person. I came back mostly because you are a nice person and you are great with Avery and most importantly, I realized after you left that it was a mistake to tell you to forget about the kiss. I realized that you are everything that I have searched for after I lost Katie. When you walked away it was like losing her all over again. Lila has never liked Avery, she barely likes kids. I thought maybe all she needed was time, but nothing every changed and I realized I don't love her. What I am getting around to is maybe after all this is over, I was wondering if you may want to go out for a coffee, since you don't drink."

I laugh, "I think that could be a good possibility."
