I looked across my science class to the group of goofballs who were laughing their asses off in the corner of the room.

For my whole life I though I was straight..but then I found her...

I rested my head on the palm of my hand, gazing towards her direction.

Xara. That was her name, so exotic. She definietly was something. Her dimples showed as she laughed at another Joke. Her smile could light up a room. She wasn't what you'd expect a straight girl to look like though...which made her that much more desirable.

She had short, slightly ruffled hair, deep brown eyes. Today she was wearing a leather jacket and a white T-shirt with some ironic pun on it. She could look beautiful without any makeup, she was so lucky.

"Edith...? What are you staring at?" I turn my head to see my best friend Chloe. I shrug.

"Oh its nothing," I sigh. She laughed, then shook her head.

"Edith you are no good at lying, you staring at that hot tamale over there?" She pointed to Xara. She was Bisexual herself and also had a huge crush on her, it kinda made me jealous but like... I couldn't show it. I laugh awkwardly.

"What?" I smile, gazing back to Xara. She shrugged.

"She is pretty hot.." She laughs, that's when Xara looked over to us, a small sheepish smile on her face. My heart melted.

If only she wasn't straight....
