It all started with those words.

3 sentences. 9 words. 29 letters.

3 sentences. A word, a statement, and a question.

One undeniable future in those words.

Honestly, I  hated you. Hated how a jolly person could survive in such a dark world.

Hated how you were still nice in a world of evil souls.

Hated how everything was going to end and no one would care, but things would still be going well for you.

At that point, things started to change though.

You introduced me deeper into another world I've only gone to once or twice before being isolated in my own current world of loneliness. Introduced me to happy vibes instead of the sadnes reeking out of me.

And the thing was... was that I actually came to enjoy it.

That day you led me to an arcade.

I haven't been in once in ages... since that event

"Here, you do it like this," you spoke while splitting your focus between me and the game.

I think that's when I first genuinely smiled. Smiled at you. Smiled.
