Look Nice. This doesn't mean you have to wear a tuxedo, but you also can't show up wearing nice jeans and a t-shirt. Wear a nice button down shirt (but leave the collar unbuttoned), tucked in, and can be done with a blazer jacket or without. If you are going to an expensive restaurant, add maybe a tie. Don't wear dress pants. Slap on your favorite pair of jeans, as long as they're not all ripped up or covered in dirt.
