Chapter 2: Taken

Kristin's POV

All these thoughts were running through my head and all of the 'what if's.' I have no idea what I am in for. I'm so nervous that my parents will find out. I'm not suppose to be near him or talking to him. Cole is a scary person to be around. I'll admit that what I'm doing is really crazy. If Mike founded out what I'm doing than he would be really pissed off and would try not to talk to me for a while. Him and Cole never gotten along at all. Cole thought I was secretly dating Mike while I was dating him. That's really crazy because first off Mike is GAY! And second Mike will NEVER like me more than a friend. Lastly, Mike is more a brother to me than a boyfriend. So HAHA on you Cole!

As I was walking I saw Cole standing under the bridge so I went up to him and I asked, "Okay, I'm here what's up?" Cole gave me a long stare with his blueish greenish eyes and took a deep breathe and finally letted out,"I wanted to know if you wanted to go out with me?" Whoa! Is this some kind of joke?!  "Uhm, you're really hilarious right now! Do you remember why we even broke up? Oh yeah! It was because of me, remember? And who was the one apparently giving attitude to you? Oh yeah, me! Also, who pointed out me being the worst girlfriend ever?! Oh yeah! You again! Should I keep going?" I ranted to him.

"Okay! You won oh my god! But, listen I can't seem to get you off my mind and I wanted to know if we could start over? I promise I changed just for you." Cole went to put his hand on my cheek but I quickly stepped back,"What the fuck is wrong with you? I don't believe you no matter what." Cole stared at me longingly and said,"Look, yes I know I screwed up and I know that I said all those things, but they're not true I swear to god something was wrong with me back then, you were perfect."

"Perfect? Is that what I was to you? I felt like shit more than perfect! Saying all this shit is so fucking stupid! I just want to say thank you for making me feel so insecure about myself!"

"Kristin, I didn't mean it please believe me! I am so in love with you! I can pro-"

"Prove it!" Right after that he walked up to me and I felt his plump pink lips attach mine like a puzzle piece going in the right place. I quickly stopped kissing him,"Why...did you do that? Please tell me that didn't happen!" He gave me a small smile,"The thing is you kissed back." Shit! I did!

"Look, I have to go..."

"Wow, so are you going to go back to your little crush that doesn't like you anymore? Okay."

I stopped in my tracks I turned back around "Wow, just wow!" He smirked at me "You know I'm right." I honestly wanted to punch him but instead I walked away, but that was a big mistake I just made because I felt a napkin wrap around my mouth and suddenly...everything went black.
