My turn offs(same order)
1: Jerks. I hate jerks and I will not go anywhere near them sexually, no matter how hot they are.
2: Bears or, more specifically, an over-abundance of body hair or chub. Not to be rude to anyone, but fat is not my thing.
3: Complete domination and/or bondage. I like a little light bondage(hell, I love my hands being tied up), but I do not like full bondage or complete domination of someone, slavery for example.
4: Blindfolds. I get sorta claustrophobic if I wear them, so those are a no no XD
