Network Marketing or MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) business

Multi Level Marketing (MLM) is a marketing strategy in which the sales force is compensated not only for sales they personally generate, but also for the sales of others they recruit, creating a downline of distributors and a hierarchy of multiple levels of compensation. In this marketing strategy, goods and services are delivered directly to consumers. It is also considered as one of the best business opportunity that you can start at a very low cost.

What can MLM do with our lives? This is one of the questions na palagi kong tinatanong sa sarili ko noong nagsisimula pa lamang ako sa Network Marketing Business. Ano nga ba ang maaaring magawa nito sa buhay ko? Ito ba talaga ay legal o isang Pyramid Scam lang din? Marami rin ang nag retire at an early age and cherish their riches. Pero mas marami rin ang nag fail dahil sa maling paraan at kakulangan ng kaalaman sa negosyong ito. Ang kailangan lang talaga NATIN ay pag-aaral at buksan ang ating mga mata at puso at pag-aralang mabuti ang INS and OUTS ng buiness na papasukin natin. The best thing to do bago tayo pumasok sa isang negosyo, ito man ay Networking business opportunity, franchising business, online business or even home based business is to research for useful informations at pag-aralan nating mabuti kung paano ba talaga patatakbuhin ang mga ganitong klase ng negosyo.  Isa rin sa mga naging eye opener ko ay isang author ng very famous book, Rich Dad Poor Dad. Siya ay si Robert Kiyosaki. He was born on April 8, 1947, an American investor, businessman, motivational speaker and a financial commentator to name a few. Siya rin ay nakasulat na ng higit sa 15 libro which has combined sales ng humigit sa 20+ million copies worlwide.

1. Is MLM an Easy to Get Rich Scheme? 
Kaibigan kung ang sagot mo ay "YES".... MALAKING PAGKAKAMALI yan. This is not what you think. In fact, you will need a lot of time and effort para mapalaki mo ang Network mo at hindi lang basta network o downlines ang kailangan mo. Ang dapat ay iyong mga taong interesado na mabago ang kanilang mga buhay. Those people who have positive outlook in life at mga taong interesado sa binibigay mong opportunity sa kanila. Ang matindi pa dito, sa negosyong ito ay hindi natatapos lang sa time and effort na gugulin mo. Kailangan mo rin ng continuous learning tungkol sa negosyo mo, dahil ang panahon ay nagbabago, kasama na dito ang attitude ng mga tao. Is MLM a SCAM?
In reality, Network Marketing is absolutely legal. Alam nyo ba kung bakit most             Filipinos fail to see a real MLM business opportunity. It is simply because to them most MLM is a scam. Even with no valid reasons at all. The number one reason kung bakit ganyan ang tingin ng karamihan ng mga Filipino sa negosyong ito is the lack of knowledge about Networking business. I am not saying that there are no MLM scams out there. Is it true that People at the top get all the money?

Alam nyo bang mostly sa mga Filipinos ay may phobia na sa negosyong ito dahil sa kakulangan ng kaalaman at dahil sa mga maling information na kanilang nakukuha. They believe that people at the top get all the money and that you must get into the group early to make a fortune. In life most of the things have the pyramid structure. Isang halimbawa Kaibigan, sa kahit anong kompanya. Sino ang nakakakuha ng malaking share. Hindi ba iyong mga CEO, Managers at mga Presidents na nasa itaas. At sino naman ang gumagawa ng most of the jobs hindi ba iyong mga rank and file na nasa ibaba and they are paid less. Hope that makes sense.

But not so with MLM. In fact ang MLM pyramid structure ay nagbibigay ng HOPE para dun sa mga hard working people. MLM compensation plans are designed in a way that you will be rewarded for the effort you put in.
