Chapter 6

Ariana POV

I quickly let go of Jackson embarrassed as he cleared his throat acting as if nothing had happened.

Then it got silent, I just stared at the white floor like it was the most interesting thing right now and it was getting awkward until the locker room door burst open scaring the crap out me .

Revealing Allison, Scott, Lydia and Stiles breathing heavily.

Allison immediately ran up to me pulling me into a tight hug. I didn't even have the strength to hug her back because my hand was throbbing it was as if I'd lost all my power.

" are you alright?" She asked me as her thin arms rapped around me. I just nodded smiling a little letting go of her.

I was honestly very far from being okay but I had to pretend.

Then her head turned towards Jackson noticing his presence she looked at him confusion written all over her face then back at me.

I don't think this is a good idea, don't know why.

"Jackson!, what are you doing here?"

Then all their heads snap towards Jackson and he cleared his throat scratching the back of his pale neck as he licked his pinkish lips then chewed on his bottom lip looking around the room awkwardly.

" uh I was changing my clothes and I heard footsteps and then I found her-"

then Scott and Stiles looked at each other then at Allison who seemed to believe him, then back at Jackson slowly understanding what he was trying to say except Lydia.

Who narrowed her green eyes at him but he just rolled his gorgeous blue eyes at her oh my god I completely forgot that they used to date.

Then one by one they asked if I was alright and I just nodded. They told me that the sheriff wants to ask me some questions and also that he was Stiles' father.

After a few minutes of speaking I then noticed that the sheriff walked in looking at them one by one but focusing especially on Stiles raising his eyebrows.

Then he walked towards me and I sighed better come up some good convincing lies.

Right now I was standing outside the school with the sheriff's cars parked outside the school doors.

With a clipboard in my hands with a information paper attached to it that I had to fill in from the sheriff.

It was already getting really dark so Scott took Allison and Lydia home using Stiles' jeep cause Stiles was getting asked lots of questions from his dad the sheriff.

Then the deputy walked out the school doors walking towards me I haven't spoken to him yet.

He smiled looking at me and I didn't really smile back because I wasn't in mood right.

Besides they all probably just feel sorry for me so that's why they're all being nice that's what people in my old school did when they found out about my mothers death.
