Haha don't worry. No one dies. But everyone hates back to school, right? Well... except the nerds and geeks... Don't ask about the pink haired girl in all the pictures.. she's just so cute...
I was dressed accordingly. I had a sky-blue button up top with a red and black pleated skirt. I was, yes, definitely wearing stockings with black shoes. My hair was simply fanned out down my back and over my shoulders. I had a little red ribbon tied around my neck like a choker -necklace. I liked it... Andrew had originally bought me the ribbon to put in my hair, but he admired my craftiness. I had a plain blue bag, with all of the correct equipment in it. It was a good thing my brother was young enough to be going to highschool... well... he looked young enough... He wore a similar uniform. But of course, instead of a skirt he wore blue jeans. His dark hair was messily combed over one of his cloudy Grey eyes... He looked perfect. "When approximately does the bell ring to notify one that school has begun?" I asked, "9 o'clock." he answered simply, "Could you please try to fit in?" he asked me and I turned around, Fit in? I looked like a human... I would fit in. I was not anti social. I do not apply too much facial coverage. My body was a pleasure to the eyes. "Whatever do you mean?" I blinked cluelessly, "You speak... Differently. At the school, you will notice that the children talk in a... manner... that we don't. I need you to adopt the way they speak. I will too, but if you don't.. they might... judge you." he looked a bit sad and I knew he just wanted me safe, "I can do that." I said, mimicing the voice of a girl I saw on the Television once... Andrew smiled approvingly, "You can keep your own voice. I just need you to talk like an American girl." He explained, and I quietly played with my voice. Making noises humans couldn't really make. I found it amusing when I looked in the mirror and watched my lip's move and form words in a voice that didn't suit my face. Like a man, or a strict tutor. It made Andrew laugh as well... but I finally found the right tune, still my melodic voice, but I adopted some slang and terms. "Lets go." Andrew gestured at the door and I bit my lip, "Ok... " I said as he pushed me out the door.
'it's gonna be a long day... 'The bell rang, alarming me. I looked at the slip of paper that had my classes for the day on it. Courtesy of the office woman, whom was flirting with my good-looking brother uncontrollably. "Drew... what have you got first?" I asked him, "I haggled them to put me into your class. So... what have you got?" he winked at me and I almost threw my head back and laughed, Beauty did have quite an influence on humans. And Andrew had that beauty. "We have got... Chem in Lab 4...?" I made another of my famous puzzled faces. It was a little confusing... considering I did not know where Lab 4 was... "Where's that?" I asked him, "... That way." he pointed south, towards a building with about three storeys and a LOT of stairs. We quickly ran up one flight of stairs, it was a good thing it was only on the second floor. The first floor was lined with staff rooms for the teachers and of course, staff. We were not huffing like humans would. We have more... durability. Which was a good thing. "Welcome, I have been notified that two new students would be joining us today." the teacher gave us a cheesy grin. He was a short man... with a bald spot on the top of his head and little square framed glasses. Cliché, Mr. Tailors. Yes. I already knew his name. Again, thank you, flirtatious office lady. "Andrew and Lea Kyle?" he almost asked, I let him off. I always preferred my nickname over my half name anyway... my real name being much to unusual and long to tell anyone. "Yes. Thank you." Andrew looked him in the eyes, but I was busy scanning the room. Everyone, and I mean everone, was looking at us. Gaping at us. Admiration? "Take a seat." Mr. Tailors told us finally after he was done conversing with Andrew. I saw two empty seats, but they were not next to eachother. One was in the second row, and the other in the forth to the left of the room. Near the window. I took the window seat before Andrew could even notice it. When Andrew gave me a bewildered look, I pointed at the other empty seat in the second row. He looked at it and sighed. It was between two very dreamy looking girls. They were probably day dreaming about their married life with Andrew. Lucky chickens got to sit next to him as the other girls growled at them. Burning hole's into the back of the girls heads with their eyes. I felt so sorry for them... teenagers could be cruel... I sat next to a girl too. She looked friendly... she had Red-brown hair tied into a light bun on the back of her head. She had lip gloss on... which made her lip's look glassy and delicate. She wasn't pale like us, she had a slight tan and she was really quite skinny. She was pretty too. Andrew wouldn't think so. He didnt seem to take intrest in any of the beautiful girls in the classroom at all... he was just looking back at me... which made me blush. I just didn't like it when people were watching me... and right now... everyone was watching me. Well, except for those that we're watching Andrew. But even the girl next to me was staring at me. Not like I was different, like all the others were, she was staring at me waiting for me to answer her. Oh, God! She had said 'hello' to me and I'd ignored her! "Hello... " I said back. She had green eyes... they were so green, they were practically glowing. She, at first, watched me with skepticism, but then smiled. "I'm Riley. What's your name? Sorry I had to ask.. Tailors usually makes everyone have a huge intro if they're new..." she said and I answered her, "I'm Lea." I smiled a bottle at her. Right after I told her my name, she started talking and talking about her father, who had a big job in Europe and her mother who he'd never met, but she didn't care because with her dad away and not having anyone to tell her what to do she could have huge parties in her mansion and hire maids to clean for her... "So, I'm having a party this weekend. And I was just gonna invite all the cool guys and populars, but then I thought, why don't I just invite everyone? And then I saw you, BTW you're hella pretty, and your totally hot brother, and I just really want you to come." she said, she could really talk alot... I guess that was ok. It meant that I wouldn't have to talk that much. "Yeah... we have no plans. I guess." I shrugged, "Cool! You have a phone number? What am I saying!? Look at you! Of course you do! So do I, so..." she scribbled down her number on a slip of paper and handed it to me. It was a good thing me and Andrew got phones yesterday, too.. or I'd be doomed. "Yeah... ok.. " I had to check my phone to get my number. I hadn't quite memorised it yet... almost. I wrote it down and passed her the paper. She studied it a moment then started talking again, "Wow! You're really neat! I'm not really... I think I write like a preschooler... anyway about that party... " she continued to talk my ear off... 'It's going to be a long year...' I thought.
