*Jades POV*

-Time Skip-

Tomorrow is the first day of MAGCON and something wasn't right. Ever since Daniel took me to subway he's been acting differently towards me. Whenever he's around me he either is over protective or completely ignores me with a distant look on his face. I ignored the thought and jumped in the shower. I washed my hair and shaved my legs and stepped out smelling like vanilla. I was looking for something to wear when my phone went off and a text came through.

I sat there with a goofy smile on my face until Abi walked in and scared me.
"Why are you so happy?" She asked with s cheeky grin on her face. I looked away to hide my blush and mumbled a quick 'nothing'. I said it too fast and she noticed.
"It doesn't matter anyway. Where or should I say, who are you all dressed up for anyway?" I teased with a wink. Now it was her time to blush.
"I'm going on a date with Jacob" she said while turning into a tomato.
"HE ASKED YOU OUT? Finally!" I cheered. I was over the moon for my best friend as I knew that she had liked Jacob for years.
"What do you mean finally?" She laughed. Oh wow. She was so oblivious.
"Abigail you've liked him for years and it's so obvious that he liked you when he saw you, Carter even told me that he liked you for years before you met!" I explained. She looked at me with wide eyes and her jaw was dropped.
"Anyway," I started "When is your date?"
"2:30 " she replied "He's picking me up and taking me somewhere but won't tell me where!" At that moment there was a knock on the door and a look or fear washed over Abi.
"Don't be scared, I'll be right here if you need me." I whispered gently in an attempt to calm her nerves. I ran over to the door and was greeted with Jacob. I took him outside and have warned him.
"She's my best friend. Do anything to hurt her and I will rip your balls off and attach them to your forehead permanently. I will then scoop out your eyeball and feed it to you while you watch with the other eye, got it?" He gave a quick nod and was officially scared. My work here is done. I called for Abi and away they went.

*Abi POV*

It was time for my date with Jacob and I was exited and nervous. This was my first ever date and I didn't want to mess it up. He didn't tell me where we were going but he said dress casual. I picked out a long white knitted cardigan with the sleeves rolled up, some light wash denim shorts and a grey crop top. I curled my hair and put on my signature white converse. I looked in the mirror an smiled for once, I actually looked good. I walked in the room to find Jade texting Daniel. Awh they were so cute but for some reason she doesn't believe that he likes her. Soon enough Jacob knocked on the door and was greeted by Jade. She took him outside and gave him 'the best friend warning' and after around 3 minutes she came back in with a smug look and Jacob looked terrified.
"Woah," he said when he saw me. "You look beautiful." He said while walking over and kissing my cheek. I blushed furiously and thanked him for the compliment. He was wearing denim shorts with a red obey shirt and black vans. He looked extremely good. After walking around for a bit I noticed we were at a fair!
"Jacob it's perfect! How did you know?" I squealed.
"A magician never reveals his secrets." He told me with a wink. I swear there was now a zoo in my stomach. For the next few hours we talked and went on many roller coasters and soon enough it was dark. The twinkling stars and bright lights of the fair made this place look magic.
"Wanna go on the Ferris whee?" He softly said.
"Sure." I smiled back. We have our tickets and hopped on. When we reached the top of the wheel we stopped and I could see everything from here.
"It's beautiful!" I gushed
"Yeah it is" he said looking directly at me. We stayed like this for a few seconds and then he broke the silence.
"Abigail you are the most gorgeous girl I have ever met. You are the funniest and sweetest person that I know. Every time I see you my heart begins to race and I get butterflies. You have a smile that can make me happy even ok my darkest days so please please please make me the happiest boy alive and be my girlfriend?" To say I was happy was an understatement. This boy was my everything and now I could officially say that he's mine.
"Yes!" I exclaimed through happy tears. He smiled bigger than ever and kissed me. I swear fireworks lit up and the zoo once again reached my stomach. We pulled apart and stares at each other.
"I love you" he said. At first I was shocked and then I just smiled.
"I love you too Jacob" I said. This was the best day of my life.
