Chapter I: Some Serious Sibling Rivalry

Nightmare was startled. He was no longer an egg. He saw many bright lights. He looked around. He heard voices, but they were muffled. "Look at him, he's amazing..." he heard a voice say. He tried to speak, but found he couldn't. He tried hard to make any noise he could. All that came out was an ear piercing screech. He heard a cracking next to him. He looked over and saw something hatch from the egg next to his. It was terrifying. It sounded just like him. He ran at it and pounced. It tried to fight back, but wasn't able to. It died quickly. Nightmare decided to eat it. He heard another voice. "It just ate it's sister..." Nightmare screeched a victory screech.
