Chapter 1

I relive all of our memories. To leave like that and come back unannounced, when I FINALLY want to start dating again, isn't fair to me. I honestly thought Yoongi and I could be something. I lied to J-Hope, Jin, well... I never wanted him in the first place really. Jungkook WAS different. He was special to me, but I really only feel grief, when I see him. Yoongi, spent time with me, when other's really wouldn't. Just like Jungkook did.

"You there?" Yoongi waves his hand.
"Yeah" I mumble. Jungkook stands awkwardly.
"I shouldn't have come, I, I just wanted to see you and-" I cut Jungkook off.
"There was no need" I state.
Jungkook twitches and rubs his nose. "I spent $560 to see you though.." He says quietly.
"So this is about money now? You wasted it, Jungkook, YOU, not me!" I screamed.
Yoongi grabs me.

I felt calmer. When Jungkook held me, I felt happy, but I felt differently with Yoongi. He made feel loved. Warm even. His rough hands on my shoulders. This helped me know.

"It's okay" Yoongi whispers into my ear.
"No, it isn't" I say.
"I will leave if you want me to." Jungkook squeaks.
"Leave?" I scoff. "You shouldn't have come here in the first place."
"I understand." Jungkook says. "But I want you to know, those were the best 3 years of my life."

I walk away. I can't.
I scream, I cry, I, I didn't think.
I find a park and I sit there silently on a swing.
My mascara is probably running.

"Put your head up, your tiara is falling." Yoongi shouts.
"You got that off the internet." I call back.
He sits next to me.
"You know, I really don't know what happened with Jungkook, but as the way things are going, he really hurt you didn't he? Yoongi asks.
"Yes he did." I sniff.
"And?" He asks.
"And what?" I question.
"Where do I fit into this picture?" He laughs.
"Oh! Yoongi!" I blush.
What is he thinking.

He jumps off the swing.

"You're blushing" he says with out turning around.
"Your point?" I ask nervously while blushing even more.
He sighs. "You know, I am thinking you want me in your picture."
"Well maybe a lot more than one." I giggle.

He turns around.

"Why more than one?" He asks.
"Well you know how candy is really good." I say softly.
"Yes?" Yoongi says hesitantly.
"Well, you know, if you were, perhaps given the chance, to have more than one piece of candy, wouldn't want to take two or even three?" I ask.
"Ah, I see." He sits on the swing again.
"So..." I mutter.
"Well." Yoongi blushes.
"Well." I say awkwardly.
"I understand, you know... the reference.." He says.

He looks me straight in the eyes.

"You want me in as many pictures of yours, as you want candy." He smiles, then looking down at the ground.
"Yeah..." I mumble.
"Well, Min, then I want a lot of candy." He looks straight at me.

I smile thinking, my ship has sailed.

"I keep smiling, Min." He says.
"Me too.." I say nervously.
"I have loved you since I saw you." He confesses.
"I would be lying if I said I didn't." I laugh.

We stayed on the swings and talked for a long time. From the time the sun went down, till the stars shined brightly. We talked about childhood, our favorite things, our life, our fears. We were both scared of the same things. Love. It is actually quite funny, you know, the fact we love each other, but we are scared of love.
I guess that means it takes two people to get over fears. Two people to turn the sound of thunder into the sound of strength. Two people to light up the dark. Two people to love, when they thought and knew their hearts were broken.

"Goodnight, Min" Yoongi says, causing me to get out of my trances.
"Goodnight? Slash Morning." I laugh.

It's 1:28 A.M.

"Min, would you like to go out for pizza on Tuesday night?" Yoongi says abruptly.
"Of course Yoongi" I giggle.

He starts to walk toward me. He wraps he warm arms around me.
"Your hugging me?" I ask.
"Yeah, so hug back" he laughs.

I do.
