"Stop." I ordered, putting my arm in front of Eddie to stop him from walking forward. "I can sense people. Dead people."
"Well, how do I see them?" Eddie demanded.
"Ah, I forgot about that." I reached into the deep pockets of my mud stained white dress and pulled out another bag. It was blue and satin and full of a fine green powder. I sprinkled the powder over him. He rubbed his eyes and gasped.
"There's a girl right next to us." He whispered. I nodded.
"Grab her." I told him. "Don't let her go, no matter how much she struggles and put her in the bag, as quick as possible."
Eddie came up behind the dead girl and yanked her towards him. "How am I supposed to fit her into that tiny bag?!" He yelled. The girl didn't struggle, which was surprising to me.
"Take me away from this hell. I can't stand another day here, watching them die." The girl murmured, her raspy voice almost gone. Eddie stared at her for a moment, his face full of pity, before presenting her in front of the bag, which opened up and swallowed her. Eddie had a horrified look on his face.
"See, this is what I deal with everyday." I muttered, smirking at his wild eyes.
