Boyfriend

I was packing up to head to Nashville, Wow, I thought, I'm actually going to Nashville, Lord knows that's always been my dream.

As I arrived in Nashville I looked around excitedly, and I was amazed of how different it was from Texas and I knew immediately it would take a while to get used to. I was so enveloped in my thoughts that I didn't notice that we had arrived at Big Machine Records until the taxi driver told me how much I needed to pay him. After I payed him I walked into the studio and was greeted by a clerk, "Can I help you?" she said.

"I believe you can." I replied

"What with?"

"I have an appointment."

"Name?"

"Racheal Lynn Woodward,or RaeLynn."

"Hmm. Ah,here you are. Dr. Luke is with another client at the moment, please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area"

"Thank you"

I went to the waiting area and sat down.The chair I sat in was the most comfortable chair I had ever sat in. Somebody walked out of the recording room and Dr. Luke came out and waved for me to come over. When I went over he greeted me and invited me into the recording room. He asked me some questions.

"Where are you from?" he asked

"Baytown, Texas" I answered

"When did you realize you wanted to be a singer?"

"I knew I wanted to be a singer when I was about 15"

"So you're a young singer from a big city?"

"Pretty much yeah" I said as I nodded

He asked if I wanted to start recording and I said yes. So we started recording and when we were done he played the recording.  It sounded great! It was just like:

"Let's be honest we don't got a lot in common when it comes down toooo it, you can take his breath away and light up every room when you walk throoough it, but I don't want your six-foot legs and angel face and sophistication, don't really wanna cause a scene but girl you got everything and

That he and I go back so far oh my gosh we lived in his first truck, first time we heard Shania Twain think we were on our way to Lubbock and I know you think he loves you now seen so many girls come in and out it sounds a bit insensitive but the truth is what it is

Then, after it was over, Dr. Luke said he loved it and wanted me to come back with more songs. Then I caught a taxi to the hotel. Apparently, somebody got me a suite and it was huge, it had a hot tub, and even better, the whole suite had a country theme, except that the place was gigantic.
