My tenth favourite would be princess Luna.
She starts out evil, yes. But that's one reason I like her. She has flaws, unlike her sister.
Luna has an interesting story, of how evil corrupted her heart and made her turn into another creature all together.
She is still young, but wise and helpful. She feels she needs to make up for what she did to ponyville. Luna is a great pony- I love her!!
