Chapter 2-- Love?

ADY'S POV

I wake up to find Liam laying next to me. I freak out at first but then remember that I had a really bad headache and Liam offered to stay with me. His strong arms are wrapped around me and I smile at the fact that he's still here. But then I really started thinking... He hasn't asked me to be his Girlfriend, so what am I to him? I looked over at Liam, he was still sound asleep. He looks cute in his sleep. I thought to myself. Suddenly I see him smile. "Good morning love." He says I laugh a little, "We'll good morning to you too sleeping beauty." I poke at his stomach and he laughs a little.

I had gotten up from bed, Liam decided to fall asleep again. I got dressed for work, I worked at this really cool yogurt shop down the street. I walked into work and my friend who works cashier, Brad, greeted me with a Hello and a friendly hug. Me and Brad have been friends for over 2 years now. Soon it starts to get really busy, people take big orders now a days haha. It was my lunch break and me and Brad were sitting down, eating yogurt like always.

I saw someone walked in and put their hands on my shoulders. It was Liam (:

"Liam!" I say hugging him. He smiles at first and looks over at Brad. Brad had a really scared look on his face.. Like if he knew Liam from somewhere. "What's wrong Brad?" I finally ask over all the awkward silence. He looked at me wide eyed and forced a smile. "I..I.. Um I have to go, bye Ady." He says rushing out of the yogurt shop. I look over at Liam with a very serious look on his face.

"Liam, do you know Brad?" I ask shyly. He looked at me kinda with a scared look on his face.

"Don't talk to Brad Ady.. He's a bad person. Liam said. How could he say that!? I thought to myself, Brad is like my best friend,., no way I would stop talking to him. I was stressed out so I walked away from Liam. How can someone say that about someone they don't know!? I wondered angrily to myself.

I arrived back at my apartment not even sure what happen to Liam. My phone begins to buzz, I pick it up.

Brad(:

MSG: Hey Bestfriend.. Can you meet me at the river by the bay in 20 min?(: it's very important!

I looked at it for a min and thought about what Liam had said...

Ady(:

MSG: sure be there in 20 xxx

LIAM'S POV

I ran towards Ady's apartment.. I was so scared for her. She doesn't seem to know the real Brad. I know "Leader" sent him to hurt the one I love and I'm scared to death. I grabbed the Key from the small bush next to the door and rushed inside "ADY!?" I shout. No one. I looked through all the rooms until I finally meet the kitchen and find a note.

Liam,

Brad asked me to meet him at the river by the bay.. I will be back soon :) xxx

Ady.

My face filled with panic, he's going to drown her!? No stop thinking negative Liam. I slowly thought to myself.

ADY'S POV.

I arrived to the River and saw Brad sitting near the water. "Hey what's up?" I ask him with a little shove. He looked at me, his eyes red.. Like if he has been crying. Omg! I thought to myself. I pulled him in for a hug. "What's wrong! Why are you crying?" He tried speaking but his throat was dry.

BRAD'S POV

Ady calmed me down a bit,enough to speak at least. "Liam is not as sweet and innocent as you think." I finally choke out. She looks at me with a hurt face, "What do you mean?" She asks me.

I stare at the ground for a bit.. "Liam and I do a job together... We are sort of Hitmen." I say.

Her eyes widen in fear as she lets go of my hand. "WHAT!?" She shouts. I look at her and I feel bad for hurting her. "Liam... Left without telling "The Leader." And well we heard he had a new girlfriend.. But I didn't know that it was you! The leader told me to go after you and try to persuade Liam to come back.

ADY'S POV.

I seriously couldn't believe what I was hearing... Until I remember when Liam was beating that guy at the Ice Cream shop without a struggle. My eyes fill with tears and Brad supports me on his shoulder. "Ady.. The leader sent me to kill you... But you are my best friend." Brad whispers. Thinking Brad was going to let me go, he actually grabbed my wrist hard and started to pull me towards his car. I started screaming but no one was around. Brad was stronger than I thought. Before I lost all hope I saw Liam's car pull up and he luckily saw me get pulled in.

I was shouting at Brad to stop the car but he just ignored me. He had tears in his eyes and by now they were rolling down his cheeks. "I have to Ady, you don't understand." He said under his tears. My whole body filled with fear.. He was going to kill me... The person who I thought was my best friend is going to end my life...
