My Missing Valentine (Sonamy)

This was it. Today was the day Sonic, the hero of Mobius was finally going to tell Amy Rose his true feelings. Walking out on the streets of the Acorn Kingdom Sonic was determined to find her. Then he turned around hearing the call of "Sonic!" hoping that was the sweet voice of Amy Rose. He then was toppled over into a large hug. But it turned out it was only Sally Acorn, the princess of the Acorn Kingdom. "Sonic I finally found you. I have been looking everywhere!" said Sally enthusiastically. "Hiya Sal" Sonic replied, casually using her nickname. " I can't believe it took me this long to find my Valentine." Sally said. Sonic then tensed up. He and Sally had an unstable relationship so they both decided to just stay close friends. But it still didn't cross her mind most of the time. " Sally, do I need to remind you we aren't together anymore?" Sonic replied. That was when Sally lost it." Can't we just get back together! " Sally yelled. " Sally I don't feel the same way anymore. You need to learn how to move on." Sonic replied. " Fine, I' ll try" Sally complained and saw Monkey Khan walking by himself. She waved goodbye and walked away. So Sonic went off to find Amy once again." Tails have you seen Amy?" Sonic asked his friend near the flower shop who was in a state of panic." Sorry Sonic I haven't" but Sonic was already gone. Sonic ran everywhere asking anyone who might know where she could be. His final resort was a small chao garden in the far side of the forest. In the blink of an eye Sonic reached the forest in search of the chao garden." Another year alone on Valentine's Day "said a voice close by. "Amy" said Sonic under his breath. Amy sat on the soft green grass, staring at her reflection in the chao garden pond. " Amy I finally found you!" Sonic exclaimed rushing towards her. " What do you want Sonic" Amy replied annoyed. " I need to tell you something important. I need to tell you now". Amy turned her head in concern. " Go on" she said. "Amy....... I...I....I love you." Tears started to form in her eyes. " Do you really mean it Sonic?" she hopefully questioned. " Does this answer your question? " he replied. Suddenly Sonic met Amy in a heartfelt kiss. Amy's eyes widened in surprise as she melted into the kiss. As they parted Sonic realized the reason he was looking for her all this time. "Amy will you be my valentine?" he nervously asked her. " Of course I will! " she happily. Sonic knew that this would be a Valentine's Day to remember.
