Chapter One

"Elizabeth get down here we're going to be late to Roberts party!" Sairail yelled. I started heading down stairs I was wearing a tight short black dress and some high black heels. " I have no idea who Robert is but he sounds very attractive." I said. "He is trust me and so are his friends, but no hooking up with random guys okay? It's your first day meeting these people." Sairail told me as we walked towards her car. " You say it as if I have sex with them, you know I just play around." She looked at me "I know it's been tough since your last relationship and you choose not to date to not get hurt, but Eli what if you mess with the wrong person and get a creepy stalker on you."

"That's not likely to happen, and I just moved over here Sairail I'd like to look around on how good my options will be, but if it bothers you this much I promise I won't mess around until I settle in your school." I smiled.
"It doesn't bother me Eli! I just don't want you to get in a messy situation in looking out for you. Let's just drop it we're here." I looked at Roberts house it was nice. "Does he live alone?" I asked." No he lives with two other friends Alex and Austin."

We finally knocked and a nice looking guy opened the door, he had black short hair and a somewhat beard. "Hey Sairail and hey princess." He winked at me. "Stop being flirt Robert, this is my friend Elizabeth." She introduced me. "Well you two stunning ladies come in the drink are by the kitchen and upstairs is off limits since there were many surprises left in the rooms." I laughed just of the thought of it. "If y'all need anything just find me and have fun." Robert said and then walked away

"I'm telling you now Eli there fuckboys but since you don't want anything serious at the moment you should consider them." She laughed. "Thank you I'll keep them in mind." I joked. We headed to get some drinks and a pair of eyes met mines. It was a tall guy with somewhat long hair wearing a red shirt with a black jacket, he was walking towards us. "Already drinking Sairail? Planning to leave early?" He joked. "Very funny Austin."

He looked at me and grabbed my hand " a pretty girl like you must have a name." "Elizabeth." I answered. "Well my name is Austin but you can call me yours." I looked at Sairail who was trying to hold back her laughter she almost had an idea of what u was going to say. "I'd rather call you Austin since I'm not that easy to get." He was shocked at my response.

"It's good to know you're a challenge, I haven't seen one around since the party started. I'll be around if you decide to come my way." He said. "Don't count on it." I responded and turned back to Sairail. Austin the walked away and Sairail was sort of surprised.

"I thought you were about to have a whole make out session with Austin and instead you let him go." I thought so too to be honest but Sairail was right, I need to stop before I get into another inconvenient situation with the wrong person again. Also it would be nice to sort of settle with someone and there are many cute guys around and many girls chasing after them, I would like to take one. "You know you were right it's time for me to retire my old customs and settle down, my last relationship was bad but that doesn't mean the next one will."

*ring ring*

"Aren't you going to get that?" Asked Sairail. "I chose not too, if I do Alvin will find that as a sign that I want him in my life again." I put my phone on mute and continued to enjoy the party.

After a few drinks, I started dancing on a few and I would get the question "are you trying to leave?" Which would result in me laughing and finding a new guy to dance on.

"Eli we have to go it's getting late!" Sairail screamed. "I need a one dance" I sang outloud. Sairail just shook her head and starting pulling me by my arm. "Let's go Drake" she laughed.

"She doesn't want to leave, she probably prefers being staying with me." Austin said. I looked at him and gave him a quick kiss. "You wish babe.Lets go Sairail." I grabbed Sairail and kept walking towards the door. In the background you heard all the people saying "ooh" and laughing at what happened. I turned and looked at Austin which was still surprised of what happened.

I could tell this school year was going to be something new...
