"I think you've done some wrong when you lock us away. Especially when you should know we are your friends, that we want to help. That we need you. And even though we all may have some petty fights, we mean well." Thor sighed. "You're not a bad man Tony, you just need someone to help you through..." He gave a soft yet hearty smile.

I gave a grim flat face.

"Is this what you and Steve had argued about Stark?" He looked like he had the idea, that he knew it were true.

I only nodded my head and hung it lowly.

"I heard from Steve that he had said some things that he thinks he shouldn't have, that he was out of line, he was a little torn after that." He murmured.

"It doesn't matter, he was right. I just, wasn't ready to handle it yet I guess." I smiled softly, even though it felt so wrong.

Thor's Pov.

"Shall we go get Steve,  Man of Iron?" I offered, hoping he would accept.

Although I had the least amount of time on this team, and our first mission together was to take down my brother, I felt a lot about our little relationships.

"Sure." I could tell there was something he was hiding, but once he got up I saw it disappear. I patted his back laughing as he stumbled forth with my strength. "Let's not knock me out before Steve gets to see me." He was back to his sarcastic demeanor.

I smiled and followed him, watching as Steve shot up in his presence.

"Tony!" He cheered, unaware of me. He hugged Tony and lifted him up a bit before getting him to sit down. "I didn't mean a word I said, I was just a little frustrated and I took it out on you." He tried.

"It's fine Steve, honestly. What you said was true and I'm sorry I didn't realize it sooner." I frowned at Tony's behavior and took a small step forward.

Suddenly everything exploded.

"Tony!" I heard Steve shout.

We all flew different directions and tried to avoid the debris flying every direction.

Steve's Pov.

I watched as Tony flew up in the air, calling out for a suit that never came. He was hit with debris and knocked out. I landed in the debris  with a few scratches, but no further sight of Tony.

I saw a suit pinned by concrete, and with relief I lifted it off of him.

The suit flew away, as if searching for something.

"Tony!" I called out, watching as Thor touched down beside me.

"Man of Iron! Come down!" Thor called with me.

It landed in front of us, but instead of hearing Tony, or even revealing his face, I got Jarvis.

"I lost his signal in the explosion Mr. Rogers." Jarvis said, my heart dropping with guilt.

I could have saved him.

"But-"

"Captain, we must set out for a search immediately!" Thor Spoke, hand on my shoulder

I only nodded, no words leaving my head.

I could have saved him...
