A/N: sorry if the first like two chapters are boring. It'll get more interesting once they meet. So stay with me mates.

Aspen:
"Okay I know we kind of suck right now, but just hear me out. We play the blue jackets, the canucks then the leafs. We beat all of them or at least meet coaches 2/3 ratio, that's really gonna help us in the standings." Jen said as we approached the Saddledome.

We scored some tickets to tonight's game from some kid at school who got sick and couldn't make it. Perks of being an obvious hockey fan, am I right? We grabbed some waters and went to go find our seats. This kid, Josh was pretty loaded so we got lucky with front row lower bowl next to the flames bench seats. Pretty sweet I know.

"I'm just saying that I deserve the seat next to the bench because Josh offered the tickets to me and I'm smaller than you, you'll block my view if you sit there." I explained to Jen.

She laughed loudly, rolled her eyes, and taking the outer seat. "NOW WELCOMING YOUR CALGARYYYY FLAMESSS" The boys all skated out and as you can guess me and Jen were pretty hype.

Now flash forward to the last 1:30 of the third period. We're up by two with a nice little score of 5-3 when I hear a quiet tapping sound coming from my left. "Bro can you not. I'm tryna watch the game here." I thought to myself unsure of what the hell that noise was.

Tap tap tap tap.

Tap tap tap.

I finally look over and see my utter idol Johnny Gaudreau tapping at the glass barrier between us. I wrinkle my brows in confusion "is he mistaking me for someone else?" I worried as he shot a little wave my way. I hesitantly waved back and returned to the game "that was weird" I mutter to myself.

MEEEEEEERRRR

The buzzer horn blairs and those beautiful 60 minutes of gametime are over. "Hell yeah bitch I told you we'd win" Jen happily states throwing her hands in the air.

I laughed. "I never doubted it."

Tap tap tap.

I quickly look over to see Johnny Gaudreau getting ready to skate away as he waves at me again. I couldn't hear him too well through the glass but I'm pretty sure he said "good game eh?" I nodded and smiled as he skated off the ice.

"Dude. Did he just talk to you?" Jen questions looking a bit too excited. I shrugged my shoulders "I guess so"
"Nicee" she responds as we head out and start walking to the C-Train station.

Tonight was pretty sick. Between Johnny freaking Hockey "talking" to me, and dominating, aka winning the game.
