Mettaton x Reader (Random One Shots)

Crazy Morning

"H-hey.... (Y/N) you awake y-yet?" Someone asked quietly, poking your cheek. You grunted and threw covers over your head. "Come on (Y/N) it's almost 10. You were supposed to wake up two hours ago. Please." Alphys said tugging at your covers. "What...?" You mumble sitting up slowly. "Don't you remember. You promised me you'd do some experiments with me. " Ugh right now?" You groan. "Please." Alphys said with puppy dog eyes. "Alright, alright, I'm getting up." You mummble. "Thank you." She smiled at you.You went down the escalator grumbling.

"So can I eat before the the test or nah?" You say getting to the fridge. "It be b-better if you didn't." Alphys mumbled. You sigh and walk away from the fridge. "Another time food. Another time." You say dramatically. "Heh, your dramatic, kinda like the main characters best freind in mew mew kissy cutie." You laugh at your weeboo freind. "So, what are these test gonna be?" You ask grinning. "Really simple ones. Like how you react to certain things and situations. Like how you react to annoying things. Or scary things. Simple stuff." Alphys smiled at you meekly.

"Okay sounds cool." You follow her to a small machine she moved upstairs because you weren't comfortable going down stairs. She's such a good freind. "So th-this is basically a virtual reality helmet, o-okay. You just have to wear it and this little machine will show me how you react. So what ever is going on in your mind, is shown in this screen, o-okay?" You smiled "Sounds good to me." You slide the helmet on. "I'm switching it on... Now" And just like that you were suddenly in the echo flower place.

You see Alphys waving at you at the end of the dock. You walk to her and see Undyne there too. "Hey Alphys, hey Undyne, what's up." You smile. "We wanted to tell you the big news!" You cock your head sideways. "Big news?" Undyne grins and nudges Alphys. "Y-yah, me and Undyne are g-getting married." You let out a squeal and hug them both. "Oh my gosh I'm so happy for you."

You open your eyes to look up at Alphys and find their no longer there. Instead you were looking up at a tall stone angle. You jump back quickly, very startled, and fall on your butt. You look around you and realize your in a grave yard. You slowly get up and get closer to the grave stone. Here lies THE GREAT PAPYRUS (note: wasn't great yet but could have been).

You stared at the grave stone in shock, your eyes tearing up. "Pap is dead?" Tears started dripping down your face. You started breathing rapidly and jumped back from the stone. You glanced around for an exit and noticed the next stone. You got up and looked at it. Here lies Sans the pun master.

You close your eyes, not wanting to see or believe it, tears dripping faster. "No no no." You start frantically running to each grave stone, only to find the worse.

Here lies Mrs. Muffet, greatest spider around. You watched as a spider walked over and laid a flower on her grave.

Here lies Toriel, a amazing teacher, cook, and person.

Here lies Asgore,

Here lies Annoying Dog,

Monster Kid,

Temmie,

Burger Pants,

Mettaton,

By now you could barely breath and was sobbing. You ran in-between the gravestones, trying to find a way out. Then you saw a huge heart shaped grave stone. You slowly walk to it for a reason you can't understand.

Here lies Alphys and Undyne, may they forever be together.

You let out a choked sob. "No no no no no no no!" You tripped backward and scrambled far from the grave. You started hyperventilating and ran and stumbled as far from the graves you could. The farther you ran the less scenery you saw, until there was nothing but white. You Sat down and closed your eyes, taking deep breaths, reminding you yourself it was all a simulation.

You stood up and hit your head on something invisible. You rubbed the top of your head and and looked for the wall you hit. You slowly reached your hand above your head and felt a cool glass like wall that you couldn't see. Panic hit you like a ton of bricks. You reached a hand in front of you and it didn't even extend fully. You start hitting walls around you frantically, trying to break them, with no success. You sit down and hug your knees. All you can do is sit right now. If you struggle to much, you might waste air. You close your eyes and calm your breathing.

When you open your eyes the scenery had changed. You were back in the lab sitting in the chair you were in from the beginning. Alphys looked at you nervously. "Is it over?" Alphys nodded. "Y-yah. Are you okay?" You smiled. "Yah I'm fine. A little shaken but all good." She smiled back. "Okay. Want some ramen now?" You took the helmet off. "Heck yah!"

You sat on the couch with Alphys doodling while mew mew kissy cutie played. Suddenly a very fabulous robot crashed through the door. "Hello darlings!!" He said in his smooth voice "Hey Metta." You said with out looking up. "Hey Mettaton. Wanna watch mew mew kissy cutie with us?" "I have to tell you the fantabulous news first!" You looked up. "What?" "I get a week of vacation, so for a whole week you two get the pleasure of hanging out with me!" Your jaw dropped. " I told you it was fantabulous!" He smiled and spun around. "Yah." You say shaking of the small dreading feeling, and going back to drawing. Alphys followed your lead and continued watching her anime.

Mettaton huffed and turned off the TV. "H-hey!" Alphys objected. Mettaton noticed you still weren't paying attention to him, and covered your note book with his hand. "Woah woah woah you two. We are not wasting a single moment on things you always do! We have to make this week jam packed with fabulousness!" Mettaton paused and gasped as an idea hit him. "And I know just how to start it!" He started to walk out the door, and Alphys followed. You, on the other hand, went back to drawing. Metta came back inside huffing. He grabbed your wrist and drug you out the door, making you drop your sketch book and pencil near the couch.
