Forever, You and I

Party time

I finish up getting ready. I walk down stairs and wait for Kenzy to burst through the door, or honk like she's being attacked by a wild animal. I smile at her blonde self and get in the car. "Like, do you mind? I have neighbors and they thing you're insane enough" I say with a teasing grin on my lips, she rolls her eyes and smirks "Well, too bad they should be used it by now." I laugh and nod in agreement. It's true her crazy ass has been like this since she could drive, which has been about two years, she's still a noob.

After what seemed forever and an hour we finally reached our destination. "Ah! Finally! Are you ready, Fawn!?", she asks with a bit of too much excitement, I give her a small smile and nod, "Yeah.. Shall we go in?". I look around at the people out in the yard and loud music going through the car doors, I sigh and get out, really wishing that Aiden would've come to my rescue right about now, once i feel Kenzy's arm on mine I snap out of my world and yelp and follow her in. Not long i smell the smoke and alcohol from the party. "Whooo! Come on, Fawn, cheer up!" she let's go of my arm put her fingers up as if telling me to wait, "Stay! I'll go get us some drinks and we can party, okay?! okay!" After that she nods and walks to the person's kitchen and disappears, I stand there awkwardly looking around at the moving bodies around dancing along to music playing. I wiggle my way to the couch, regretting that decision. 

As I walk closer I see Aiden already drunk and making out with a random chick, I feel a sinking feeling and feel heart break. I run out the room and the house and walk out to the back porch, I put my face in my hands and sigh. I, then, feel someone walk towards where I was and hear a male voice say "Boyfriend?" I look up and see a handsome guy and shake my head, afraid of speaking. He smiles kindly " Don't be afraid, I'm completely sober and my name's Alex." he says in a sweet voice, I can't help but to smile back, "I- I'm Fawn." I say and sit down and look up at the sky, noticing it was a full moon. "I'm guessing you were dragged, Fawn?" Alex says as he sits beside, I nod. "My friends are the party animals, I'm just the designated driver." he chuckles and nods, "I see." "What brings you here?" He shrugs, "I was dragged here too." "Friends." I say, now feeling the awkwardness set in. Just before I excused myself I hear Kenzy yell for me "Excuse me." I say and get up, before I could I go anywhere Alex grabbes my wrist and gives me a kind grin. "May I have a way of contacting you?" I look at him "Uhm.." I look over to where the yelling came from then nod taking his phone. I punch my number in there and smile, waving at him before I run inside and find Kenzy. 

"What the hell?' I say as she sits on Aiden's lap, both of them clearly drunk. I sigh and take the cups from of their hands and shake my head in disapproval ath them. I move Kenzy from Aiden and Sit her on the other end of the couch. Kenzy giggles and pokes my cheek. "Come, Fawny loosen up. You're too tense' She says swaying and offers me the closest red cup she could reach. I take it and set it down again. "Alright," i say with sigh, "It's time to take you home!" I say in a way a mother would talk to her toddler. As I reach down for Kenzy I feel a stronger hand take my wrist, Aiden pulls me down to his lap. "Why so serious?" He says, slurring his words, slipping his arms around my waist. I struggle against him and attempt to stand up before he pulls me back down. "Don't go, Fawn. Stay." He says pressing kisses onto my neck "No, stop. Let me go, I have to take Kenzy home, you whore!" I say finally pulling away from him and getting up to my feet. I grab Kenzy, her bag and dig in there for the keys,. "Dammit, Kenzy, every little shit you do. I swear." I say and sit her in the car once I've found the keys and buckle her up. I get in the driver's side and start dirving, making my way to the direction of her house, leaving me and a sleeping Kenzy in a quiet car. 

Once we arrive to her house I carefully take her up to her room and and leave her water and pain pills. I talk to her parents and walk back to the house, noticing there was a car there already. I furrow my brows and shake my head just ignoring it. I get inside, I run upstairs and grab my PJ's then go to the guest room, just wanting to stay away from Aiden.
