I called my doctor and ran out the house with Shayla in my arms, i didn't care about anything else. I new my guys would handle whatever happened, when i got outside there seemed to be no by standers i didn't care to inspect i just put Shayla in the truck and drove off.
I had to bring her to Matt my personal doctor, with a bullet the police would have to much questions plus i pay Matt allot to keep his mouth shut.

When i got there he hooked her up on a machine, and told me to sit quiet but i needed to know what was going on "What are you doing" i spoke up, he sighed and replied "shes in a coma". I aint went to school so i didn't know about all that technical stuff, my face automatically gave off i didn't know what a coma was.
Matt started to explain to me "Shes still alive but just unconscious, she can hear you but her body is just paralyzed her brain is just not working at its best".
"She just got i been shot plenty of times and i aint in a coma"
"she was shot but you didn't get there till about and hour later she lost a big amount of her blood".

"i dont know it could take months or even years for her to re gain body activity but as i said she can hear you, just tell her to fight and i will do the best i can". Matt walked out of room and gave me and Shayla privacy. But my phone buzzed and it was Eva my baby mother.

i ignored it and put my phone back in my pocket.

I messaged Q and let him know that Quentin wanted to see him, he came over the other day but he didn't come and see his son he came to fuck me and leave. I've done everything in my power to make Q come to the realization that Quentin was his child. Even named him Quentin Jr but he still doesn't give a fuck, instead he beats on me and exes me from my social life.
Q wants me all for himself, he moved me into this gated community and any guy i have an interest in he makes sure i never see them. And for the littlest things he'll hit me, I've disconnected from all my girlfriends all i have is my son.
But i'm gonna be free soon little does Q know every time he drops of a stack I'm saving every penny, i'm running of to Georgia to be with my mother. Q knows nothing about my family so he'll have no idea where i am but i have to be cautious and take every step little by little.
He wasn't always horrible it was until i got pregnant, he became possessive and abusive i'm not sure if it was experiences he's had with his parents but he has some deep underlying issues. Because when i first met him he was the sweetest man, he'd take me out to dinner, he would hold me tight and whenever i was cold he'd offer me his jacket. And we didn't fuck we made love.
All of that romantic movie shit...yeah we did it. But nowadays its a different story maybe it was because back then he had nothing to lose, cause when i met Quentin not Q he wasn't the big street dealer he is now. He was just a dude on the come up picking up every corner he could.
Deep down i still love him, i dont know why but i do.
