A loud sound is waking me up. My two best friends are singing out loud the lyrics of the song Never Say Never by The Fray. " Wake up, Maddie. We'll arrive at the airport in less than 15 minutes! " Hazel tells me as she drives. I've known Haz since kindergarten, our parents are best friends too and I can't imagine my life without her. " Ready for our London trip ?! " asks Melissa.
I've known Melissa since I'm 15 years old. She moved in Seattle because her dad got a job here. She was in the same class as Hazel and I, and then we all became best friends. " Hope you won't be looking for Harry Styles there Maddie, because he won't be waiting for you, love. " Mel tells me. " Don't worry, I won't." I lie to my friend. Maybe I won't always look for Harry but I still hope I'll get the chance to meet him in the London streets.. who knows? " Maybe you'll find a boy you like.. after all those years ! " Hazel admits. " Nah.. don't think so..." I confess her.
It has been years since we wanted to do a trip in London. Since we'll be celebrating my 21st birthday on February 4 we decided that the better place would be London.
We are now at the airport. They check our passport, take our luggages and we are now on the plane. After long hours flight, we finally land in London. When we are done with all the passport-luggages-kind-of-things, the taxi drives us to our hotel where we are going to sleep early because of the jet lag.
