Jessica finds out about magic

Jessica thought she was an ordinary girl going to school and being at home, but that all changed one night when she was at the park as it was turning night . Jessica ( who was very cold) tried to find her home unfortunately she couldn't find it. Jessica was very scared!

Jessica decided to try and make a fire with wood and some matches she found on the floor! She started to build the cone shaped structure, she was just about to light the match when she put her hand over the cone and it lit up with flames. Jessica was amazed at what she had done but didn't understand how she did it. Jessica was lost she had no clue on what do so sat by the fire and started to think! Would you want to be lost by yourself in a park ?
Jessica needed to find something abandoned like a shed or a barn. She wanted to go home to her friendly family but she didn't how! Jessica was only 10 years old and never been without her mum and dad at night. Her little heart was beating like a drum! What was she going to do she had nowhere to go. Jessica held her hands to the sky and a flare shot out. Was this her chance to get home?
