Apple Tree

To guys, a girl they fall in love with is like the sweetest apple on the top of the tallest apple tree.
It's tall and it's scary at the top.
Most guys would wait a couple of years.
The more courageous ones would climb it, daringly.
Others, afraid of the pain that it might bring, chose to pick an easier target, desperately trying to distract themselves from the other.
The ones who try to pick the top will probably fall, and they'll fall hard.
They'll feel pain.
Some might not even recover.
For others, it'll probably take a long time to heal.
For the lucky ones, they'll be safe.
And for the few patient ones, they have managed to build a ladder of friendship, safely climbing their way to the top.
They'll probably be able to be happy.
This is the Apple Tree.
It takes one to be courageous but another to be patient.
