NORMAL POV
Her heel tapped rhythmically on the floor, her arms crossed and her face scrunched into a scowl, annoyed. Beverly was annoyed.
"I can't believe I signed that fucking contract." She mumbled to herself, holding back from biting her nails in anger, since they had been done earlier in the day. As a matter of fact, they matched her navy blue dress, which she decided would be suitable for the evening. Truthfully, it bugged her that she worried how she looked? Why would she care if he would run off with another girl? Why should she look good for him?
Which, is why she didn't. She had insisted to her friend, Natalie, that she wasn't getting all 'dolled up' for him, but she was going to look good for herself.
Beverly pulled her phone out of her bag angrily, tired of waiting for him to arrive. Although, as she was about to press her finger on the Touch ID of her phone, she heard his car approach the front of her home. Placing her phone back into her bag, she rolled her eyes as she pursed her lips and took in a deep breath.
"Lord help me keep my mouth closed, and not say all the shit I need to fucking say to him." She breathed out silently, to herself. She sauntered over to his car, rolling her eyes as she watched him pull down the automatic windows, smirking cockily. Although, upon seeing her non-bothered expression his smirk was quick to fade away, followed by him nervously clearing his throat, and reaching his arm across to open the door for her.
"I can do it myself." Beverly quips, pulling the door open and getting into the car.
"I know you can, but I wanted to be a gentleman." He swallowed, looking over at her as she pulled her seatbelt over her torso, after she had closed the door.
"Gentleman?" She snorts, letting out a quick angered laugh. "Yeah, right." Beverly shook her head as she repositioned the bag on her lap.
"Look, I don't need you on my ass about this either, okay? For fuck's sake." Justin rolls his eyes now, and Beverly's head whips round to look at him, her curly hair bouncing with movement. "You've got some fucking nerve, Justin. I'm not on your ass, I've bottled up so many of the fucking things I can say to you, so how about you fuck off? I'm only here because I signed a fucking contract. Otherwise, I'd be happily at home." Beverly barks, turning back so she would face the front.
"What would you say, eh? I doubt you'd say anything. God, I was right the first time, I should have gone with someone else to do the fucking contract, maybe then I wouldn't go out and sleep with other girls." It's out of his mouth before he can stop it, and it's so shocking that even his own eyes grow wide. "You think I give two fucking shits about who you sleep with? Huh?" She snaps.
"You must do! Beverly, you mean nothing to me, you're a contract! That's it!" He yells, huffing, gripping the steering wheel harshly, a habit she had grown to notice.
Beverly nods, silent, taking in a deep breath. "The feeling's mutual, asshole." She can't help but be angry at herself for liking him, and for that reason letting her voice crack towards the end of her sentence. Justin looks over to her, raising his eyebrows. "What? You're gonna cry now?"
"God, go fuck yourself!" Beverly growls, shaking her head. "I hate you so much, Jesus Christ, can you just step on it so we can get this date over with?"
He does as she says, so angry that he couldn't have cared about what he had said, although, it would come back and bite him in the ass for sure. Justin makes sure they arrive on time for the reservation that his management had made once more for the two and pulls open the door for her, when he spots the paps.
Not caring, Beverly hops out, shoving him aside and mustering up the courage to shove through the paps alone.
BEVERLY'S POV
"Beverly! How long have you and Justin been together?" They knew my name? Well, clearly I had grown relevant in the media so suddenly, being Bieber's girlfriend, and to be 'cheated' on so early into the 'relationship' was something that may have made me so popular.
"Are you pregnant?!" Pregnant? Are you fucking serious?
"Is it true Bieber cheated on you?!"
"Over here! Smile!"
"What that mouth do?!" One smirks as he shouts, and for some reason, I noticed how it irritated him. Justin turned angrily to him, grabbing him by the collar of his shirt and gripping it tightly. "What the fuck did you just say? Huh?" He shouts, pushing the pap. Of course, others around him were having a frenzy with the situation.
I walk back to where he was, pulling Justin's arm. "It's not worth it." I hum, pulling Justin back once again.
"He-"
"Can you listen to me for once? For God's sake, it's not worth it." I repeat, pulling him behind me and into the restaurant.
Once we were inside, Justin looked at me. "You shouldn't have pulled me away, did you not hear what he said about you? He's a dick!" "Well I guess you two have something in common, then." I smack my lips together. "And since when do you care? Don't think that I forgot what you said in the car, Justin."
Justin bit his lip, shaking his head. "No, I didn't think you did, but maybe you'd-"
"Forgive you? What, why? Because you childishly listened to what one of the paps said about me and started to throw a fit? For god's sake, I've been suddenly pushed into the media and it's been what? A week? I've gotten more abuse over my social media than what he said. I don't. Give. A shit." I warn.
He sighs and pinches the bridge of his nose stressfully, nodding. "Fine, then let's just do this date so we can get away from each other."
"So be it. I can't believe I actually liked you." I roll my eyes, speaking to myself, although clearly not quietly enough.
"You what?"
