Liam’s POV

When I looked up from smiling at my phone I had the eyes of Simon and Paul.

“Who were you talking to?” Paul asked.

“A girl I met at the party.” I said.

“What is her name?” He asked.

“Why do you need it?” I said. I could tell that I was getting under his skin. For some reason I liked being this way. People gave me more freedom.

“Never mind. Where are you going tonight at 6 o’clock?” He asked.

“To her house.” He just nodded. “Wait what about Nancy?” He asked.

“Didn’t Simon tell you, she is soon to be history?” I said happy about it. “I’m going to go get ready and pretend one last time.” I said getting up.

“I’ve got to tend to some business at the building, so I’m off too. Liam please think about this. Matthew seems like he’s’ got something deep to use against you. Be careful.” Simon said walking out the door.

“Wait I’m going to be left here with them?” Paul said worried. I nodded and walked towards the boys and out my hand on each one of them and nodded in their direction. “But-“

“Paul just take a nap and when you wake up I’ll be back. They can take care of themselves. Zayn is here and Harry already preoccupied with himself. Don’t worry.” I said walking to the door. “Alright bye Paul.” I walked out the room.

When I got to the flat I was staying at until we go on tour I was mauled by Nancy as she tried to kiss me. I avoided every attempt.

“I missed you so much.” She said. She always insisted that she cared but she didn’t. She never did care about anybody besides herself.

“Yeah, yeah, I came to change then I’m going back out.” I said as I walked in the rest of the way.

“Where are you going?” She asked.

“To a friends’ house for dinner.” I said.

“Do I know this person?” She asked.  She tried to get to know everyone I knew like they would want to be friends with her. She gets way too clingy from what I’ve learned from her ex best friend that I became friends with a while back, before I knew any of this stuff occurred. I still remember where he lives.

“I hope not.” I said. She took it harshly. She began to fake cry.

“What’s that supposed to mean?” She said jumpy.

“Nothing, just please move I’ve got to go get ready.” She moved out of my way. “Thank you.” I muttered under my breath.
