After what seemed like years, chemistry class was over. Everyone shuffled out of the class, and I cautiously stepped toward Mr. Farquaad, who sat patiently at his desk. "Hello sir." I said nervously.

"Hello Erin, is it?" He said, arms crossed. I nodded, avoiding eye contact. "Why were you late?"

"I, well, I'm new here and-" I was soon cut off by Mr. Farquaad.

"New ey?" He said sitting forward.

"Yeah." I mumbled. He grinned.

"Then I guess you haven't heard about my reputation." He said, with a smirk. I looked at him with a puzzled face. Before I could question him, he stood up and shook my hand. "Nice to meet you Erin. I'm looking forward to seeing you again." I blushed and stared down and my new balances. He lead me out the door and waved goodbye.

Startled and confused, I hastily made my way to my second period class. "Reputation?" I said to myself as I walked up the stairs.
