COVER SHOP || CLOSED

AN: CLOSING FOR CU???

Hey, guys! So um, if you saw the title of this chapter, you've probably noticed that this is about closing. It pains me to say this, but I think I'm gonna have to close Cover Shop for awhile.

I know! I know! You're probably thinking,"What? Why? Do you hate us?" And the answer is no. I don't hate you.

In fact, I actually quite enjoy making covers for you guys. And that's why I don't want to close the shop. Cover making has become a sort of hobby for me now. It's something I enjoy doing.

Ever since I published this shop in October last year, I've had so much success and I've made so many new friends here on Wattpad. I remember how my covers were really terrible. (They still are in a way. My covers are nothing compared to some of the other covers out there.) But now they are definitely better than what they were.

And the views. Over 7k views, you guys! That in itself is an amazing accomplishment! And guess what? It couldn't have been accomplished without any of you!

Despite the ups and downs of my cover making, you guys stuck by my side through it all. You guys have supported me so much in the past few months. And not just on the Cover Shop. You've supported me on my rant book. You've supported me on my zodiac signs book. You've all just supported me so flipping much and I am extremely grateful for your friendship and loyalty.

I appreciate every single one of you! From the hard-to-please requesters to the easy-to-please requesters. From the dead-on specific requesters to the vague requesters. From the "surprise me" requesters to the "I know what I want" requesters. It doesn't matter who you are, what you request, how you request, or anything! Each and every one of you is appreciated very deeply.

These are the reasons why it saddens me to even consider closing Cover Shop. But I'm afraid it's a necessary action to take. Why, you ask?

You've probably already guessed it.

School.

I know that school may seem like a very common and lousy excuse for closing Cover Shop, but it's true. I've got a lot of big tests coming up and I'm in the running for a reading competition at my school. This means that I've got to use all of my extra time reading and studying.

And lately, I haven't been on for days and days, which means I get a bunch of cover requests. So I'm gonna get to all of them over the next week. And then once I catch up, I might reopen the shop. Again, note the might.

Don't worry, though. I'll try to check Wattpad as often as I can. I'll also still keep updating my zodiac signs book and my rant book. So if you want, you can always check those out.

And please note that I'll eventually reopen Cover Shop or make a new one. But I need time to catchup AND make time for school and other important aspects of life. As I said before, once I'm done with catch-up, I might reopen it. If not, I'll wait to reopen Cover Shop until summer break.

I really hope you all understand. And don't forget that I am truly grateful and thankful for all of your support! You guys are amazing! So remember to stay your awesome selves!

(And perhaps for the last time for a while in this book....)
