Chapter 2

Primrose POV

I woke up with a startle, this time the dream is different than before except Matiel is still there though. She's wearing different clothing it's like she's preparing for a war but for what?!

"Honey! It's time for school!" Mom shouted bringing me out of the dream I have. I look up to the clock beside my bed its 7:30am. I groaned because it's still early, I still want to go back to bed and so I did.

"Rose! What did I tell you! Look at the time it's almost 9am!" Mom barge in to my room and pulled the blanket off of me making me shiver. My eyes wide open then bolted out to the bathroom to change. I can't believe it! I slept that long?!

After taking a shower and change into my uniform, I ran downstairs into the kitchen. No time for breakfast I thought as I grab my lunch from dad and kiss my parents goodbye.

The school is only a few blocks away so I walked through it passing my secret haven the mystic forest.

I don't know why it called mystic forest but I heard that people get lost and never came back whenever they went in there. But I still can go back home every time I went, that's weird maybe I'm to awesome to do that as I smiled happily.

School went by fast until lunch came, I'm not feeling well and my appetite seems to hate me. Every time I see food I want to vomit, maybe its because I haven't eaten breakfast this morning but I should be getting hungry by now. As I was thinking deeply my stomach became worse I really need to go to the bathroom.

I puke into the toilet as my friend help me clean me up. I'm really thankful she's here with me. "Are you alright Rose?" Syd asked worriedly as she help me tie my hair back.

"I don't feel good right now Syd. I think I better go home" I said while I rinse my mouth. I gave her a smile telling her I'm alright by myself. She left making me think what is wrong with me right now? Maybe I'm just sick, the weather is getting chilly... Yeah that's probably it.

I went to the clinic to have slip to go home then call my dad. "Hello Primrose?" Dad said on the first ring.

"Hey dad, I'm not feeling well right now..." I said as I breath in and out to steady my heart. "Is everything alright Rose?" he ask then added "let me pick you up just wait okay" then he hang up.

I sighed as I wait my dad. I saw the familiar black SUV car in front of the school gate so I pick up my bag then headed before saying to the nurse "thank you!"

"No problem! Get well Primrose!" nurse replied back as I get in to the car. "How are you feeling now Rose?" Dad ask as I buckle my seatbelt.

"Feeling tired dad, where's mom?" I ask as I look out to the mystic forest. "We are heading to the hospital to check you up and she's already there waiting for us" he said as he keep looking at me once in awhile.

"Okay Ms. Primrose, please head this way to take your blood check if your body have any problems" the nurse said guiding me to the table. After taking my blood "Please wait for 10mins for the result" she said then headed out to examine.

The doctor came back with a smile on his face, I'm seated in the middle while both of my parents seated beside me left and right. "What's wrong with my baby?" Mom ask worriedly and relief at the same time as she saw the doctors smiling face.

"Congratulations! You're becoming a mother Ms. Primrose" the doctor said breaking the shocking news that will change my life forever.

"What!" Dad shouted angrily. "That's impossible doc she can't be pregnant!" Mom added to the rant while dad keep saying 'impossible' and 'no'. While I'm frozen in spot not saying anything ... to shock to respond.

The doctor frowned not believing the parents reaction "is there something wrong?" Doc asked the family concerned written all over his face. "We need to abort it!" Mom suddenly said. Dad look at mom having their eye contact then nod at her.

"Primrose darling we need to abort that child!" Mom said holding my arm firmly. I'm still speechless. "Doctor were going to abort the child" dad said to the doc.

"Are you sure? What do you say Primrose?" Doc ask staring at me. I double blink and quickly said "No! No! I will not abort it!"

"You slept with a guy during the party right?!!" Mom ask angrily. This is the first time mom get angry at me like this. My eyes wide "What?! No mom! I didn't-"

"You slut! We didn't raise you like this! We teach you better than this!" Dad cut me off suddenly then slap me across the face. I hold my cheeks stunned that dad hit me for the first time.

I look up as my tears starting to fall, "We're going to abort that child with or without your permission! Is that clear Primrose!" Dad said with no more further discussion. I just nod my head silently crying.

My parents book an appointment for the abortion, I'm so devastated I can't do anything for my child. I rub my belly still cannot believe I'm going to have a baby but the most question is how? I didn't conceive any guys yet less alone have any 'guy' friends.

Driving back home is silent only the engine of the car that can be heard. "Mom, dad please listen to me" I said as we entered the house.

"I'm still innocent! I can't possibly be with a guy especially I know the expectation you have for me!" I added. "No more discussion Rose get back to your room!" Dad said breathing hard controlling his anger.

"But! I don't want to have a abortion! Please!" I pleaded to my parents but they ignored me "Now Rose!" Dad shouted. I look up to mom glaring at me, I don't know what to do now but to plead again.

"Mom please!" I said teary eyes to her. "Goodness! Rose! Choose either one the baby or your parents?" Mom said clearly irritated.

Why? Why would do they do this to me? I follow everything they said but what about me? I silently cried in front of my parents waiting whatever the decision I will made. My child my first unborn child I can't do this to her or him!

"My baby..." I whispered. My parents get angry "You choose your child over your parents who raised you!" Mom shouted making my body shake.

"I can't believe you! We raise you better than this!" Dad shouted then add "Fine then we will disowned you! Your no child of mine!" dad spat in my face making me more afraid of the future.

I look up to mom still looking angry "Get out of my house and never come back!"
