~Recap~
I went back to the camp site when I was stopped by Bella and Rima
April's POV
It had looked like they were very worried and then I knew why once they had spoken
"Have you seen my idiot of a brother Brandon? He hasn't came back to camp?" Bella said in a worried tone.
I shook my head slightly "No,not recently. How long has he been gone?"I asked
"Three hours"Rima replied.
"Did you go and look for him"I said
"Yes, but it's getting really dark and we still haven't found him"they both say
That's when I walked off and went looking for him because well as stubborn as I might be and cold I might seem I still had a heart and I hate to see those two like that they're normally so bubbly and happy but now they are worried and upset
It's probably my fault he's missing if I hadn't walked off like that he wouldn't be lost right now I knew I shouldn't have talked to anyone here because since then the walls that took so long to build up to protect me have slowly been disappearing and that makes me scared because I don't want to get hurt again
After an hour I finally found him sleeping in the old house so I woke him up
"Huh, April?"he asked
"Yes?"I replied very quietly
"What are you doing here?"he said
"I'm here...looking for you..." I responded
He looked at me very confused "why?"
"Because I....was....worried about you and so was Bella and Rima"I turned my head nervously
Brandon's POV
She was worried about me...? Awwwww she really is adorable I kinda feel like she's opening up to me more now but she still seems afraid of something I'm not sure what it is yet exactly but I will find out just then it started pouring rain outside so we decided to stay in the old house so I went to go explore and to try and figure out why there was a old house here
"April want to go explore the house?"
I asked but she just slightly shakes her head sure and the she starts walking
"Crap I almost forgot I need to tell my sister that I'm ok would you mind if I borrowed your phone since mine is dead?"I said
"Yeah"she replied and then she hands me her phone then I noticed that her background on her phone was a picture of her and her brother but she wasn't smiling so it must have been after her parents died..
After I texted Bella and had added in my number secretly I handed back April's phone and she put it back in her pocket then we started walking around the old house i soon come to realize that this was april's house when she was a child turns out pink was her natural hair color but it seemed brighter in the photo
I bet it's because it lightened over the years
"So why didn't you head to camp earlier after I left?" She asked
"Because I thought you had gotten lost or something so I went to look for you because I got worried I mean you still have a fever" I say as I touch her forehead after I did that her face seemed kind of red
"I do not have a fever"she said while looking away still red
April's POV
I could feel my face burning up as my face blushing I quickly looked away so he wouldn't see and continued to walk thats when I realized he said he was worried about me...but why? All I have been is rude to him so why would he be worried about me thats when it hit me maybe he likes me ha yeah right I don't think he could possibly like me.
"So this used to be your old house" he says startling me from my thoughts
"Yes it was" I say slowly
"Its no wonder you aren't afraid of wolfs or other things" he chuckled
"Sorta" I say looking at him confused after a few minutes we had reached my old room and he knew because it had my name on the door in letters...
Sorry for the short chapter but I hope you enjoyed it I'm still working on the next chapter but I will post it as soon as its completed
