I open my eyes slowly. It's too bright to see anything. I block the sun out of my eyes with my hand and squint so I could just barely recognize Ian standing in front of me. I instantly smile.

I notice Ian smile back and close his eyes. Ian's laugh rings through my ears and I shiver. 'Oh how I miss his laugh'

We were standing in a meadow of blue, purple, yellow, all kinds of different colours of beautiful flowers. And they smelled just as beautiful. Ian's heavenly voice interrupted my thoughts.

"Anthony," Ian echoed "Anthony, can you hear me?" I smile at him, as to say that I can hear him. Ian smiled back. The same perfect smile. So perfect that birds sang so loudly and cheerfully. So perfect that the wind would blow through his perfect hair and would sit on his head so perfectly. It was all so perfect that it couldn't be real.

Suddenly, Ian's smile faded, his teeth clenched and his eyes widened. The sweet smelling meadow around him, vanished slowly and became a room of darkness. A strong, white light only shone on Ian and I.

Ian mumbled something under his breath. Ian said it again but loud enough for me to hear "No..." He said it again "No..." Ian's head fell down violently. His hair was hanging down in front of his face. I couldn't see his expression.

"Ian?" The dark room became quite. So quite you could almost hear a pin drop.

"No..." He said once more, louder this time. "No" And again "No" And louder "No" more violently. "No, no, no, no, no, no..." Ian continued and got louder every time.

I stood there, eyes widened. I didn't know what to do. My fists were clenched. I was ready. I don't know for what I was ready for but I was ready.

Ian was screaming now. "NO, NO, NO, NO..." His face got redder. What's with this 'no'? Why was he saying it so many times? I think I understand what no means, Ian. Ian didn't stop.

By the time he was on his last breath, Ian flug his head back to the dark sky, fists clenched and screamed "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" Fire began burning in his hands. What the hell was going on? We were just in a lovely meadow a few seconds ago.

Ian looked back at me. His teeth were clenched, his hair was a mess and he looked furious "Anthony!" He screamed "Anthony!" I didn't answer "Anthony, wake up!" It was Kalel's voice now.

I woke up and shot up in the bed.

"Anthony! Are you alright? It seemed like you were having a bad dream." Kalel said with her hand on my shoulder.

I rubbed my neck "Uh, yeah, I'm alright," I turned to face her. I put her hand in mine and kissed her on the lips to reassure her that I was fine. She pulled away and smiled. The moon light shone on her beautiful face through the window and I smiled back. "Go back to sleep."

"You sure you're alright?" Kalel asked. She looked worried.

"Yeah, I'm alright," Kalel smiled at me, knowing that I was surely okay. She kissed me on the cheek and turned her back to me and fell back asleep.

I lay back down and faced the opposite way as Kalel so she didn't see my face. I sighed. I've been having the same odd dream for 7 days in a row. Ian had died over 6 months ago. I miss him and so do all his fans. Some of his fans have moved on by now, but I haven't

'Ian... come back...' I closed my eyes as a tear trickled down my cheek as I fell back asleep...
