Personality: She is very hyperactive. She loves to have fun, but if you make her mad, she is as unstoppable as a tank. She loves to play pranks and hates to be serious.
Family: She has a younger cousin who she loves to annoy the hell out of. Their entire clan was massacred by Orochimaru as well. He found out their kekkei genkai and wanted to get the most promising two, in case one died. They escaped by Akimitsu using one of the clan's Forbidden Jutsu.
Kekkei Genkai: The Tsukino clan has a kekkei genkai called Tsuki no Me, or Moon's Eye. It causes the sclera (white of the eye), pupil, iris to turn into a replica of the moon in their eye. It lets them see chakra networks and allows them to use different jutsu's part of a release called Galaxy Release. Galaxy Release is a release of jutsu's that use the star's, meteor's, comet's, and anything in space and the galaxy.
Clan: The Tsukino clan was a very well hidden clan that never told another of their kekkei genkai. Any who ever saw it were immediately killed. The clan was originally near Hoshigakure, or Village Hidden in the Star's. After the clan was massacred, Akimitsu and her younger cousin moved to Konohagakure. At the time, she was eight and her cousin was 4.
