Alice's start

Alice's POV

I grabbed my stuff and hugged my parents, I decided to leave to find my older sister. I ran to the docks waving goodbye to my parents 'I can't wait to bring her home' the thought made me happy. I got on the boat and waved to the island 'I'm gonna miss home' I turned around and saw a lot of really strong guys. I spotted a kid around my age so I decided to go to him "hi" I cheerfully say "oh, hi I'm Gon Freeces and you are?" Gon asked "Alice, Takeda Alice nice to meet you" I replied with a smile "cool, wanna be friends?" He smiled "yeah" I returned the smile. While me and Gon were exploring the ship we saw someone getting bullied until the captain came. Gon found a dropped apple and gave it to Katsou, we found out his name, then Gon said that a storm was coming. I went to the cabin to stay safe from the storm. The storm has been going on for awhile and there are a lot of examinee's becoming seasick so Gon and I are going around helping. While going around I notice a guy that looks to be in his mid-thirties, and a blonde boy not effected by the storm. The captain calls the four of us so we follow him. "What are your names?" The captain asked "I'm Gon" "I'm Alice, nice to meet you" "Kurapika" the blonde "Leorio" the old man "why do you four want to become hunters?" The captain questioned "I want to find out why my dad wanted to become a hunter" "I want to bring my older sister back home" I replied "hey, why would you answer?!" Leorio scolded us "why not?" I tilted my head "because he's not an examiner, we shouldn't answer him" he was gritting his teeth "yes he is, why else would he sail this way, its all a test before the exam" I replied smiling "I'm the last of the Kurta clan, I want to become a black-list hunter to get revenge against the Phantom Troupe" Kurapika calmly stated "the Phantom Troupe, they're a class-A bounty, you'll be killed" the captain tried to warn "I don't fear death I only fear that my rage will dissapear 'he sounds so sad' "I want money, money can get you everything,women, booze, a nice house" Leorio stated "money can't buy class Leorio" Kurapika calmly stated "that's it, I'm gonna end the filthy Kurta clan right now" Leorio spat walking out "take it back!" Kurapika yelled chasing after him. The captain went to chase after them but Gon stopped him "stop, Mito-san told me that they must be angry to understand each other" I smile at the wise words "captain there's a water spout" on of the sailors yelled "what! Lower the sails!" He shouted, so Gon and I went to help. The sailors let go of the other rope, because of the strong winds, which led Katsou to go overboard. Gon jumped after him, grabbed him by the ankles, I grabbed Gon by the ankles and Kurapika and Leorio grabbed my ankles. All of us got pulled back into the ship and the storm was over "finally, no more rain" I whined and everyone else smiled. We arrived at the town after the captain said that the four of us passed and that we were supposed to go to the cedar tree.

Time Skip

We passed the old ladies test and the Kirikos test and are now in the elevator for the hunter exam. We reach the bottom to see a lot of people, then this bean-like person gave us tags telling us not to lose it '406, wow we're late' I thought while zoning out this fat guy named Tonpa. There was this really loud noise and this purple haired guy with no mouth said to follow him to the next phase.
