This is just a short poem I wrote for 9/11

We remember
To all those who have loved and lost
To all those who have paid the cost
We remember
To all who lost what they hold dear
To all who cried a single tear
We remember
To all that wept and screamed and sighed
To all that comforted and cried
We remember
To the ones that laughed and danced and cheered
To the ones that didn't know our fear
We remember
To you who helped us through the dark
To you who helped to heal our heart
We remember
And we thank you
