*4 years later (Emma’s P.O.V)*
“Yes, yes, I know. Mary-Margret I am not 5 anymore” I laugh as I listen to my sister ramble on about how ‘I must survive with being on my own in the world’
“haha yes you can come visit, I will be fine on my own, I am 20 you know” I say to my sister before we say our goodbyes and I hang up.
“Right, now to move you from that corner” I mumble to myself as I walk over to the chair I intend to move. I put my hair up into a messy bun before grabbing onto the arm of the chair, and pulling it towards me, the chair made a small grating sound as it scraped across the floor. After moving my furniture around I decided to go to Granny’s diner to get something to eat.
I walk out of the house and zip up my red leather jacket and lock the door, “Emma?” I hear a voice call and I turn around to see who it is,
“David? But why aren’t you with Mary-Margret?” I ask confused “Emma it’s not like you live out of Storybrooke, on the other side of it yeah, but not out of it” David laughed and I just rolled my eyes and continued walking.
David quickly followed and as soon as he caught up with me he stepped right in front of me, completely cutting me off “Emma there is this party tomorrow night, one of my mates Peter is hosting, and it’d be great if you could come” David explained and I stared at him in disbelief “David I hate parties like that, I am not just going to rock up at some random’s house and not know anyone” I stated and began to walk again.
“Come on Emma it’s going to be great and your friends are going to be there” man this guy just won’t take no for an answer.
“Fine I’ll make an appearance” I mumbled and in an instant I saw David’s face light up and then he took off down the street.
I continued walking until I made it to Granny’s, as I pushed the door the small bell at top made a slight ‘ding’ which caused Granny to look up.
“Emma, how lovely it is to see you” she gushed and I just smiled “it’s great to see you too” I smiled and took a seat at the counter.
“Now what can I get you?” Granny asked and I thought about it for a moment “I’ll just have a burger please” I replied and with that Granny nodded and walked off.
“Coffee and make it strong” a voice next to me yelled out, I slightly turned my head to find a brown haired man, maybe a bit older than me and quite attractive sitting next to me.
“Tough day?” I asked smiling and the stranger seemed a bit startled at my question “well someone’s gotta be sheriff around here” he replied and I just laughed. We got talking for a bit and I found out that his name was Graham,
“so uhh you know my name but, I don’t know yours” Graham stated and I just smiled “I’m Emma, anyway see you round sheriff” I replied and put the money I owed on the counter before making my way back home.

“Ughh what now?” I groan as I reach for my phone “hello?” I ask groggily “hey Emma you still coming to the party?” David asked
“David it’s 8:00 in the morning and the party doesn’t start till 7:00” I said and I could hear him sigh “just make sure you’re there” and with that he hung up.
I fell back asleep for about 3 more hours before deciding to get up and shower.

I arrive at the party and walk in, I am greeted with the smell of alcohol and drunk teenagers partying like there is no tomorrow, I weave my way through the crowd and see Belle one of Mary’s friends sitting on a chair. I was about to make my way over to her when
“Emma!?” I turn around and my eyes widen
“Neil!?”
