The fact that I have hit over 50 read in the few days that this book has been up makes me beyond excited. So I wanted to take a minute to thank all of you who have made it a point to swing by and follow along with the story.
I especially want to think those of you who didn't riot when I took down "High Voltage" and "Fading Hues." I put tons of love into both books but they just didn't flow like I needed them to. There were too many holes in the plot. Too many chapters that seemed rushed. I got a few sad emails asking me to put them back up and I told a few of you guys I would explain why I took them down in the first place.
When I began writing "High Voltage" I had already decided that it was going to be a series. The idea had been bouncing around my brain for a few month but it took me some time to build up the courage to finally put it online. When I finally finished "High Voltage" and started on "Fading Hues" I realized that the books were not going in the direction I had originally planned them to. I had a clear vision of how I wanted the storyline to play out and ended up writing something completely opposite. Sooo...I mulled it over and decided "screw it." So I took them down and decided to rebuild the books. Write them out in a way where you guys could truly enjoy it. Write it the way I have always wanted to.
Any who, I seemed to have traveled a bit off course with this post. Ha. Sorry about that, but I felt like my dedicated readers needs to know why I did what I did with those two books. Why I decided to start the whole series over from scratch.
But back to my original point....HUGE THANKS to those of you who have managed to end up reading my book. Well, the parts of it that I have posted. Whether you stumbled onto it by accident, or saw my posts on Instagram and decided to give it a read. Either way....THANK YOU.
Special shout out to AlexisMartinez724 for being the first person to add this book to their reading list. Seriously, you just made my whole day and I wanted you to realize how absolutely awesome it was to receive that notification.
