She started to slowly climb into the front seat of the truck. "I'm glad your coming." I said. The ride home felt quietly awkward. "You can stay as long as you'd like. Until we find you a home."*Violet*
Home. I've never called a place that word before. Home... It sounded so unfamiliar to me. I choose not to say anything back because I had nothing to say. Shortly we arrived at his house. It looked huge and beautiful. Nothing like I ever saw before. It was way better than the orphanage I was at."Hey, are you coming in?" He says with a slight chuckle. I hadn't realized that i was zoned out because of all the beautiful country that was surrounding it.
"Yeah. I'm following right behind you." I say being surprisingly not shy. He leads me to his backdoor for some reason. If it was me, I would of taken the 'guest' to the front but I wasn't him and decided to say nothing.
"You have to be really quiet because everyone is sleeping right now." Roman whispers to me. He opens the door to his house and turns on the lights and let me tell you, it was beautiful. Better than I expected honestly.
"You can sleep on the couch. Hold on, let me get you some blankets and pillows." Roman says looking in a room. He disappears into the room. He comes back with 2 pillows and a blanket for me I'm assuming.
"Here. You can lay them out how ever you want. Oh, and if you need anything, just tell me okay?"
"Yeah. Thank you so so sooo much for letting me stay here. I am so grateful towards you." I say with a very thankful tone.
"Your welcome. I may not understand what it's like to be...in your situation but, you'll get through it. We both will." Roman says. Man, this guy is really supportive and inspirational. He then disappears into the same room he did when he got my pillows and blankets and shut the door so it was slightly cracked open. I adjusted the pillows so that it was comfortable and laid on the couch. Once I decided I was comfortable enough, I closed my eyes and went to sleep.
