the next morning I wake up with my arm around wolfy's neck and me practically on top of him. I jump off not knowing my bed was a bit small I fall off the bed for the second time this week.

"Ow." I hear a chuckle but coming from an animal it sounded weird.

"Your an ass." The wolf jumps off the bed and licks my face.

"Hey I do know you're human so quit giving me doggy kisses you weirdo." I laugh," go shift or something wolfy." He gives me a look that says are you seriously gonna keep calling me that.

I get up ready to go downstairs "Well go get dressed." I say and he runs into my bathroom. He comes out as Lykaon.

"Happy now?" I shake my head yes. I dash downstairs not waiting for him. I go to the kitchen to find my mom with nearly sixteen pancakes on a plate.

"Dang mom who are you cooking for the army?",Laughing I sit down. Lykaon sits next to me and grabs about ten of the delicious pancakes onto a plate.

"I was cooking for all of us. Wolves eat a lot Kyra, especially an alpha."

"You sir are a pig." I grab three pancakes with some syrup and gorge myself.

"You say I'm a pig?" He is already finished by the time I get done.

"You have a bit of syrup on your face gatáki." I stick my tongue out and wipe my face off.

"Again you are an ass." I get up to put my dish into the dishwasher. I take Lycaons and my mothers to deciding to be generous. As I go to the sink I get an amazing idea. I grab a fresh cup getting some water I make it look like I'm getting ice. I walk over to the fridge and oh so conveniently Lykaon is near so I quickly turn and pour the water all over him. He looked so shocked his eyes bug out of his head. My mom and I laugh a full-on belly laugh. I double over dying from the laughter till he looked at me with a predatory look. I smile sweetly.

"Well, Kyra I would say this is the time you run."

"I can't outrun him." I do take off after that sentence. I get to the hallway towards my bedroom before I'm pushed into a wall.

"Hmm, you got this far at least."

"I can be quick. I've been quick my entire life. Gotta learn how to run when you are me." I'm talking too much too quickly.

"Are you nervous gatáki?" He asks now putting his head lower to face me eye to eye.

"No, if I were nervous I'd keep talking. I'm not talking that much so I'm not nervous. I would also be word vomiting and that's very ann... " I stop mid-sentence when he puts his head between the crook of my neck and shoulder.

"What do you think you're doing now agápi? Why would you be nervous?"

"When you have a six-foot eight-person pinning you to a wall than you'd know."

"I won't hurt you. Plus you're an inch wrong I'm six foot nine." I gape again. I close my mouth when he lightly kisses my neck.

"Your trouble."

"Boy, i suggest you get my hand off my daughter before I turn you into a toad." I snap my head to my mom who is trying to hide her smile by scowling. That didn't work. Lykaon smiled against my skin and looked towards my mother.

"Her neck is very comfortable though Mrs. Dove."

"Save that for when I'm not here." I blush profusely putting my head on his chest hiding.

"Yeah um I'm right here." I wave. They laugh.

"Asshats." I stand straight and head to my bedroom locking the door when I get inside.

"Unlock the door agápi."

"No."

"I can break the door."

"Or you could go away. That sounds like a good idea." I don't get a reply so I take that as he gave up. I laid down in my bed facing towards the ceiling and close my eyes. A shadow appears above me making me open my eyes again. Lykaon is standing above me. I turn to the window. Shit, i knew I should've locked that.

"Not smart to lock me out love, I will always find a way to get to you."

"Ugh. You're annoying."

"Apparently I'm a lot of things lately." He lays down on the bed next to me. sadly with his huge body on the bed, i roll towards him because of the dip in the bed plus I didn't stop myself on time and I crashed into his side with a loud oomph. He chuckles as I try to move away from him.

"This bed is so not made for a giant." I push away from him only to crash into him again.

"I would guess not. I am a big person." I look at him closely.

"Don't you miss your other pack members."

"Yes, but I don't want to leave you here alone without protection." I think for a minute.

"I would like to meet some of them." His head whips over to look at me with an odd look. I laugh slightly.

"When would you like to meet them."

"Whenever you go back." I look out to the window only to see it's night time. Where did the time go?

"Tomorrow I will be but you have the school don't you."

"I am so not going tomorrow." Horrified I stuff my face in a pillow.

"They won't bother you again." He starts rubbing my back and arm.

"I'm still not going." my voice is muffled hopefully enough so that he can't hear the fear in my voice. He grabbed me around my waist and put me on his lap.

"I won't let them hurt you again."

"You aren't there to see anything." He thinks for a moment himself before turning my heads towards him considering I looked away from him.

"You can switch to the school I went to. They won't make fun of you there. Everyone has a different shade of color to their eyes. They also won't hurt you. Plus when you change they'll give you leave because of their all wolves and understand what you are going thru." Maybe that would work. I wouldn't have to deal with the bitches at school.

"I might just do that." I yawn putting my head on his chest.

"Sleep agápi we will go see the pack tomorrow." He lays down and puts me down on the bed. He tries to get up but I grab his hand. Just like last night, he tried to leave.

"No leaving. You aren't allowed to." I sounded like a small child. He chuckled and leaned down.

"Do you want me to be a wolf or just me?"

"Whichever one has warmth?" yeah I have to stop doing this. I feel the bed dip again and feel fur against my arm. I shift my body so that my head and shoulder are laying on him and the rest his head on my pillow.

"You know if most people figured out you were a wolf instead of a dog they'd freak and call a mental hospital for me and animal patrol for you." He snickers a weird way before putting his head up to lick my face.

"You're still part human you weirdo no licking," I whine as I wipe my face off. He barks and puts his head back on the pillow.

"I'll get you back for that Wolfy." I murmur before closing my eyes and drifting off to sleep.
