She sits in a corner tears streaming down her face. So many burdens weighing on her mind. She looks at the rope in her hands.

Twisting the rope around itself she starts thinking about all the pain that she has been going through. Molested by her uncle at the age of 6. Abused by her father as far back as she can remember. Her mom blaming her for every bad thing that happened in their household. Raped by her best friend at 12. The abortion that followed the rape. The bullies throughout school. Most recently being forced to have sex with her drunken boyfriends drunken friends or suffer another beating by his hands and being raped anyway.

She looks at the rope and the noose is done. She slides the noose back and forth making sure it moves easily enough.

Looking down at her arm with its scratches and scars where she dug at her skin and sliced them with a razor. Each one an attempt to take the pain away.

Each cut a night of heartache. Her family says it's just her trying to get attention. "She is just being silly those cuts aren't even deep enough to be suicidal." Abused by every boy that claimed to care about her. Used for sex then dropped like a piece of trash. Why can't anyone love her? Why does her life have to be so full of pain? Nothing to worry about anymore she will fix it. She will make the pain go away. No longer will she have to feel lonely. No more will she have to feel the impact of fists to her ribs slaps to her face or kicks to her stomach. No more crying in the shower after being forcefully penetrated by another one of "his friends". ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. The rope hangs from the rafters and she stands there on a chair. On the floor in front of her a piece of paper one word "GOODBYE".

She puts the rope around her neck and tightens it. She feels the rope snug against her skin. Lifts her leg and steps off. The noose tightens around her neck and her vision blurs. She can't breath. The world goes white and she sees a man. Long hair and a white robe walking towards her. "Why my child do you try to take your life?"

"I am not worthy of the air that I breath. I have been through storm after storm and there is never any end in sight."

"you have given up before you can see the blessing ready to be showered upon you"

"I'm sorry my lord I am weak and can find no strength to stand."

"Let me carry you and be your strength and you will never truly fall again"

"please do with me what you will."

She opens her eyes and finds herself laying on the floor. The rope split and frayed.

She looks up and a voice calls to her " Go forth my child and testify. For my love will protect you always."

She grabs the frayed rope and walks out.

She walks until she finds a church. Walks in the door rope in hand approaches the altar drops to her knees and prays.

When she stands a man dressed in black approaches her. "why do you carry that trash into Gods house?"

"This is no meer piece of trash this is proof of his love." She responds and tells him her testimony.

The man listens and when she is done he invites her to his TV station to tell the world her testimony. Five years later she looks back and she was right No more did she have to deal with the pain. Married and loved not only by her husband and newborn baby but by many others around the world. Her book selling millions of copies simply titled "The Noose" the cover a picture of the frayed rope a piece of paper in the middle. A single phrase upon the paper reads "God Loves All"
