Stefan pov

I took Elena to the hospital I had to wait outside I was worried and I had been crying.

5 minutes later the doctor came I stood up.

Mr . Salvatore Elena has a bruised rib , swollen throat , and I'm not sure but she has a major cut on her wrist we replaced it with 50 stitches it will take 10 days to heal.

And she has a few bruises on her cheek but she okay you can take her out tomorrow and by the way make sure she takes her medicine twice a day it helps her rib and throat to heal.

Okay thanks " can I see her ?

Sure but be careful.

I went in I felt really bad that I wasn't there for her.

Next morning

We were ready to go we left outside I flew her behind me and we went to are new home.

We came in and sat on the couch.

Elena slept and I watched tv.

It was 5 I decided to make dinner for her I cooked her her favorite juicy chicken legs with a side of lemons around it.

I ate half of the chicken leg and then I could finish it I felt sick I was going to throw up.

I ran to the bathroom and started puking up blood my stomach hurt really bad and I felt like I was going to get fat for some reason.

I came back to the living room and sat on the couch.

Are you okay ? Stefan asked

I'm fine I don't want to eat anymore .

Ok he said

I'm gonna rest for a while I said

I changed into pajamas and laid on my bed I past out into a deep sleep.

Middle of the night ......

Still elena pov

I woke and saw Stefan next to me so its probably the middle of the night.

I went to the bathroom my stomach got bigger what is happening to me ?

Could I be pregnant with Stevens child ?

I grabbed the pregnancy test and waited a minute to see if it was positive or negative .

It was positive ! Omg ! I'm pregnant ! With a vampire in my stomach !

I looked into the mirror I was getting weaker and weaker.

I came out of the bathroom and Stefan was by the door.

Steven " I have to tell you something ?

I'm pregnant " this baby is killing me but I don't want to lose it .

I am weak Steven this baby is growing every day it's killing me it hurts I feel the pain its sharp I can't really move .
