As Far As Possible

It was the 30th. The day I left for Canada. It was 3:42, I had to leave for the airport at 4:45. Might as wel get ready for the plane ride. I hop in the shower and just sit there and cried. I was leaving my home, my mom. We dont know when I'll be able to come back to the states. They suspect it will not be until im in my twentys but I wont be back in washington. I got out of the shower and turned on Shawn mendes' YouTube channel. I started to sing quietly along with my idol. I put on a black and maroon red floral dress that ended about 3 inches above my knees, maroon shall, a maroon hat with a black ribbon on it and my black ankle boots. I left my tousled 3 day curls down and the only make up I put on was a bit of navy blue eyeliner under my eyes to make them pop, mascara and a bit of nude lipstick. My mom was standing there the whole time watching me get ready. It must be hard knowing that you had to watch all your children leave you. My brothers, Jacob and Xavier, left for the military when I was only 10, they were 18.
We gathered the little stuff I had in me and headed to the airport.

After a very emotional farewell, I boarded the flight to Toronto Canada. I decided to work on a song I was writing a while ago. I had the two verses done, I just had to make the pre chorus, chorus and bridge. By the time they announced we were about to land, I had all the drum rhythms and the guitar and piano parts done but, the lyrics still yet to be done. I grabbed my bag and guitar and left the plane to meet my new guardians. As I walked around the airport, a girl around the age of maybe 10 or 11 with medium dark brown hair, tannish skin and brown eyes walked up to me. " are you Rowan Adan?" She asked. " Yah, I am, but call me Rorry. And you are?" " oh, I'm Aaliyah Mendes. My parents are Manny and Karen Mendes." She said. I don't know how, but some reason I recognize her. Where? I DONT KNOW! But I feel like I've seen her before. Oh, duh! If our parents were in contact, I've most likely seen pictures of her. Her parents, Manny and Karen, came up behind her and introduced them selves. Apparently they have a son who is turning 16 in a week or so, but I won't see him till December because he was on a trip.

I wonder who he is.
