Suddenly, out of nowhere I heard a deafening screeching noise, followed by a loud CRASH! as I watched a wobbling car swerve into the street and ram into the side of another. Glass shattered from the side, and a large dent was pushed deep into the assaulted car.

I rushed down to the scene in confusion, hoping to get a better veiw, and when I reached the ground I saw the wreckage at a more severe degree. The door was unhinged and pushed inward, and glass was scattered all over the road. People were running, screaming, and the person who hit the girl was knocked unconscious, luckily unharmed, as he was covered up by his white airbag. But as I looked over at the other, I felt a cold lump drop to the lower parts of me.

The girl in the car was mangled. Her chest was punctured deep by the door, and she was bleeding fast. Her eyes were stuck with a shocked look, and her hair was all over the place. The raspy breathing emanating from her mouth said she would soon die.

I couldn't stay much longer after that. I took her soul, in hopes of calming her spirit in the afterlife. Yet, when I reached "home", something felt.... different. I started to hear words of someone unknown, of a girl, who was happy. Was it that girl in the crash. Not only that, but I couldn't hear her voice after I took her soul, though that may have been the crowd, yet I'm unsure.

Something about this new feeling, unknown to me, left me feeling better than I ever had before. I could hear someone, and talk to them! Well, I could talk. All they could do was feel. And as long as I kept feeling happy, they stayed happy, which made me feel better.

"What did I do?" I asked myself.
