OKAY

Today is August 30, 20XX.

In my last entry, I answered Question 1 on this questionnaire thingy that I found. I don't feel like answering Q2 today, so I'll pick one I want to answer.

Q12

What type of music do you listen to when you write?

Well....considering my current condition, I don't think I have found the music that really works for me. I love listening to Disney music, and popular songs and I could sing to them all day long. That's troublesome, though, isn't it? Can't exactly write quality work when you are belting the words of a different story.

I also like classical/instrumental music.

Currently, my favorite track is Chopin's Ballade No.1 in G Minor, Op. 23: Largo. I find it a sad song, one of a final farewell. Other people might not, but it brings me to tears almost every time. This is my favorite rendition of this classical piece (piano+violin <3). Don't let the anime give you a bias on the song. Just listen instead of watch if you don't want any SPOILERS for the anime. The Piano Guys also hold a special place in my heart. There's just something about the mix of piano and cello (or violin) that is aesthetically pleasing and calming.

Unfortunately, instrumental music just grabs my attention wholeheartedly, causing me to think solely about the music piece. In some cases I can consciously recognize inspiration, but can't simultaneously write about anything, I guess.

Hmm...maybe I can't write with music?

Anyways, I think the writing above counts as a good? So to add some variety to my entry, I will tell you a down/bad?

I am seriously scared of getting my work and ideas stolen by someone else who will claim it as their own. I don't think it's so much of me not getting recognized for my work. I don't care so much about that. It's more of them getting credit for something they didn't pour their bloody heart and soul into.

This also makes authorship hard. I feel I need feedback, but I don't trust very many people enough to let them read any of my serious work. I'll go more into this subject next entry, I guess.

Well, laters!
