Who are you?
If a tree falls in a forest,
But no one hears
Did the tree really fall
If the sound reached not their ears?
Who are you?
Likewise if you have, dear Canada,
Thoughts and ideas to share,
But are too afraid to voice them,
Are they really there?
Who are you?
You walk, and talk, and breathe,
But no one acknowledges your presence.
Are you truly there
If your words cause no resonance?
Who are you?
Look, dear Canada, I’ve suffered the same abuse.
From you, no less, it sends.
If you never bother to remember my name
Are we really friends?
Who are you?
So speak up soon before it’s too late
Because soon they won’t even listen when
You finally speak, dear…dear…
Wait, who are you again?
Disclaimer: This is a poem about Hetalia'a Canada. I did not create this character and all rights for him go to Hidekaz Himaruya. Also the tree analogy is not my own and if you would like more info on it you should look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/If_a_tree_falls_in_a_forest.
