I just arrived to California and I was tired as hell and I didn't know my way around at all , so I decided to sit down at a little table and write in my diary . I don't really have friends so I can't tell nobody secrets that's why I have a diary it's like my bestfriend and I never have to worry about it back stabbing me and tell my secrets , I pulled my pen and started writing .

"Dear diary ,

I just arrived in California I think that's how you spell it but yeah it's really beautiful out here but I already miss my ma ma and my papi I can't wait to see them again , I really hope everything goes good down here and everybody does not hate me like in my old country but yeah--

I heard someone call my name and I was cut off my my writing

"Jasmine ? Jasmine Rodriguez ?"

I looked up and saw a man with an black suit holding up a sign so I grabbed my backs and closed my diary as I walked up to him

"Jasmine Marie Rodrigues ?"

"Yess ma'am " the man in the black suit smiled . "That may be you"

"Yess that's my". I cheesed

"We'll I'm your mother abuela driver and she sent me here to get you"

"Oh okay"

"Here let me help you with your bags" he said as he picked up my backs & I followed him outside to a black limo

"Wow , I never rode in one of these before" I said quietly

"Really . That's a surprise your mom is like the biggest author in Cali" he said while popping the trunk and putting my bags in

I guess he heard me

"Oh wow I didn't know that"

The man open the limo door for me

"Thank you sir" I said as I got in the limo

"Your welcome" he close the door and got it and started driving

"Wow" I said as I rolled down my window and smelled the beautiful air and looked around

"I'm guessing you never been to Cali " the man said

"No sir" I'm from the islands

"Really . Your mom always talked about you , she so happy your coming"

"Cool" I fake smiled not really caring

About 45 minutes later we arrived at this big home that was stunning I couldn't even believe my sight

"Oh. My. Gosh"

"Pretty amazing huh ?" The man said

"Yeahhhh... I'm sorry but I never asked . What is your name ?"

"Recardo , I'm your driver"he said while getting my bags out the car "you can go inside I'm pretty sure your sister and friends are her , I have your bags"

"Thanks" I said while rushing into the house

When I opened the door I couldn't believe my sight like it was just wow , I never even been in a place as big as this . I couldn't believe me sight

"hellooooo" I said but I got no answer

"Hellllloooooo" I said once again walking into a small room" I'm guess was the den

I look up and say a group of boys playing a game system

"Bro you cheated" one of them with long curly hair said

"Nah bruh pay up" the one with the short curly hair said

As they were all arguing I cleared my throat

"Umm . Excuse me"

They all looked at me funny

"DA hail Jess when did you straighten your hair babe" the one with the short curly hair said

I got cut off by 4 girls coming down the stairs laughing

Once me and my twin sister Jess I think made eye contact she dropped her soda and it spilled on the white carpet
