Dear bully,
I went to school today and you weren't there. I was finally free of your harassment. I talked freely among people and was able to smile without feeling like I was doing something wrong. I felt happy for the first time in a long time.
Right when I said goodbye to my friend I walked home and along the way I saw you standing, no, waiting for me. You ran up to me and I flinched. I already knew what was coming. You started to make fun of me. I started yelling at you to leave me alone but you laughed at me harder. I ran away and cried, tears falling onto the concrete leaving an endless trail of misery behind me.
I reached my house and slammed the door behind me. I rushed to my room and collapsed onto the floor. I buried my head into my knees and dug my nails into my skin wishing that I was inflicting that pain onto you, not me.
You are no friend of mine.
