So yesterday I was told we were going camping. I panicked. Camping was one of my worst experiences away from home. I never liked camping.
I was chill at first when I was told we were going camping the next day, but when it hit about 11:30 pm... I started really panicking. I started packing some clothes while hyperventilating, and I was walking around in circles as various worried questions filled my head.
I shook off the thoughts of the worst and got all the clothing I needed for the weekend. I had guessed we were going to be camping until Sunday, and then drive back home, rather than staying one day, because that just doesn't make sense.
Once I was finished getting the clothing I needed, I went back to reading fanfiction, because I'm addicted at the time being. I read fanfiction until about 3:40 A.M. and decided I should get some sleep because I knew I would pass out anyway.
In the morning I did my morning routine for school as usual, but I had a knot in my stomach from the nervousness. I got to school and when I entered the building the knot in my stomach was gone, so that was a huge lift off my shoulders.
I sat down in the gym because that's what the teachers made us do in the morning. I was freaking the fuck out. All my friends were wondering what happened and I explained it to them. We were walking out of the gym at this point and I was actually wiping away tears in the hallway as my girlfriend Sandra held on to my arm comfortingly.
Out of the corner of my eye I saw Kristen walking next to Sandra, and she looked like she wanted to make me feel better, but I guess she thought that if she tried she would make my tears worse. It was the first time she's ever seen my cry even a little, so I guess she was really surprised to see me like that.
After school I went straight home, mostly because I was told to. I put my stuff up and took my backpack to my room to pack my things. I packed my clothes and some other things *cough* *cough* my knife *cough* *cough* and when I finished I just listened to music. Eventually I fell asleep at some point and woke up later. I don't think I really slept that much considering we weren't leaving yet, and kinda just laid there listening to twenty-one pilots.
When we needed to leave I put my backpack in the trunk and got in the car. I waited for my father, uncle, and grandfather, to get adjusted and turned off my phone to conserve power. After that, we drove off.
It took about two hours or so to get there, then we set up the big tent we brought. When we finished with that, I texted a few of my friends in hopes of having someone to talk to, and not to my surprise, no one answered. So I just decided to write about how it's going so far.Anyway, Peace Out! Love Ya~
