chapter 2

Connor's POV:
We were just about to call Gemma down to talk about rules but we heard her singing so beautifully whilst she was unpacking, her door was open so we recorded her. When she finished we a shouted,"HEY GEMMA!!" She jumped so bad. "So Gemma in this house there are only two rules, 1) have fun 2) do what you want." Gemma said ok. I asked the rest of the boys to leave so that I could talk to Gemma quickly in private. "Gemma at the orphanage I saw cuts up your arm." She then burst out crying whispering,'please don't send me back" I told her that we would never send her back because we love her too much. We decided to paint her walls. She wanted her room to be painted in black chalkboard paint so that she could draw on her walls when she was upset.
Gemma's POV:
My walls won't finish drying before I go to bed so I have to sleep with one of the boys tonight. I asked to go with Sam because he helped me the most when Connor told them that I self harm. Before I went to bed they asked me if I wanted Taco Bell so I asked them what that is. They looked so shocked so I explained to them that I was only aloud to eat when we had done all of our chores and that only happened once every two days. I also explained that we were only aloud porridge and water. Sam and Ricky then grabbed my hands and told me to get in the car quickly. When we got to Taco Bell Ricky ran in and yelled, "its an emergency give me loads of my usual!"
Sam's POV:
We got home with our Taco Bell and we gave some to Gemma. She only folk one tiny mouthful and said that she was full. She ran upstairs crying. I followed her and saw her run into my room (because her walls weren't dry) when I went in she ran up go me and hugged me. I asked her what is wrong, she said, "I think I'm anorexic, I self harm, I have depression and I have anxiety." She cried more so I picked her up and told her that we will go to the doctors in secret tomorrow. "Now go and get changed and sleep princess" I said. "Ok night Sam love you" "I love you too baby girl" I kissed her cheek and she instantly fell asleep.
